Stopped here while traveling home.The overall space was clean and pleasant to sit in..Ordering experience:You order through a self-service touch screen kiosk. The layout was easy to navigate and read. Customizing an order was simple.I ordered a double steak butter burger w/ bacon and a large fries. Sadly, I only received a single steak burger. I chose not to try to get this corrected, so I can't speak on how staff would have handled this.Everything was cooked at the time of ordering and came out hot, which means you could find yourself waiting 5-10mins for food to come out, depending on how busy it is.With the burger being a smash patty style, it means you don't get the heavy feeling a standard burger gives you. Overall, the burger was very easy to eat. The fries are a shoestring style fries with a nice crispy. The complete meal was satisfying.They had a soda machine that was self serve, but you needed to scan a QR code given at the time of ordering in order to activate the fountain portion. Ice was free. I do not know if it would be unlimited refills, as I did not try.Parking: This is located within a shared parking lot with a Pilot travel center. Parking for large trucks in the back, and car parking in the front. You can maybe have 20-30 or so cars there overall

Answer your phone. Just lazy. Your hours on web say to midnight on Friday and Saturday so I order on app at 11pm you charge my card and I show up to you being closed.

The people here are nice my main complaint is all the automation and you only get 1 refill but you have to scan a ticket for it to work it's such a pain.

Steak n shake is now like walking to a vending machine. The triple hamburger meat or patties. Are thin and. Looked like there were. Spaces in the meat. To save money. But .,.......

Waited way too long for our food and they stopped us on our way out due to them forgetting our hotdogs which was a good save, But then once we were on the road realized they forget an order of tenders and put cheese on the kids hamburger (parents will know the struggle this caused). You can see the cooks and they weren't in any rush to get us our food.

5:55pm. 1st time eating at a Steak and Shake in years. Sadly disappointed. Kiosk ordering only. (I left a tip, thinking someone would bring food out to my table) I was going to give a cash tip to the server. (No server) you have to wait at the counter for them to call your name or number.( guy didn't want to yell out "daddy"! I guess. Lol. Had a butter burger, fries, drink. Burger was hot and juicy. Fries were cold. Place was dirty. Miss Lexie came in, and cleaned tables first thing. Thanks dear. Not the dining experience I was hoping for.
Food was not good.Kiosk only for ordering,so you do their job for their absent employees and then have the nerve to ask for a tip!...An older woman asked if she could just order with a person and was told by the manager/cook that she needed to go thru the drive-thru then.

You show up to ONLY self serve kiosks. You place your own order. They shout your name like a mcdonalds when its ready. And then have the nerve to ask for a tip upon paying? ?????

Steak & Shakes are really not the place they once were. Past few years have seen a company wide decrease in service to customers. Sad to say - this location seems to mirror what we have found throughout our travels. This isn't local management issues - it appears to more of a changing corporate attitude. So sad for a company that has been around for almost 90 years. In our teenage years - Steak and Shake was the place to go and meet friends. Not anymore.
