Very bad experience on 9/4/22. We placed an order for 25 sandwiches few days before and paid for it in advance through credit card. When I went to pick up the order they said we don't have enough bread . waited 45 minutes to get the sandwich. The actual pick up time was 2.15. They start making it at 2.30. The guy over there said you have to wait to get the bread, Another staff member said we don't have enough staffs.
over 30 minutes wait to get my sandwich. maybe they should change their slogan to "freaky slow"
We order dinner here all the time and everything has always been perfect!
