“Raving about this place seems too extra because it’s just so laid back. It’s a comfortable atmosphere with relaxed employees without compromising service. After several visits, I find that I LOVE the quesadilla.. which seems “plain” but it’s a huge hit. The tortilla is superb, light and crunchy. The sauces are *chefs kiss* and give you an excuse to dip anything in them. Found myself dipping fries in the pesto, chipotle mayo AND honey butter for the pretzel like a wild animal. Their Korean bbq chicken and waffles is another absolute hit and their fish tacos with mango salsa are shining stars. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Only negative I’ve ever experienced is being a little warm in the dead summer because obviously at the beach in the south + a patio door opening and closing = sweltering and a/c can only do so much.“
“I walked in thinking I could buy things and that's not the case. They were prepping for a dinner and the market. Next time I'll read better and try to make a reservation for a private dinner. Both folks were kind and understanding given my confusion. They were confused also and said they didn't have a digital footprint. I showed Ms. Korea the yelp pictures and she said they looked good. Either way I caught them at the tybee farmer's market. The caramel sticky buns w were literally the best ever. We haven't opened up the kimchi yet.“

“It’s been 25 years since we have been here and we swore to return frequently because it was so good! Life happens and it took us a long time to make it back but boy are we glad we did! Much larger than it was 25 years ago, but the atmosphere, food and service was as good if not better and the charm has stayed the same!“

“Great place to go and have some low key fun. This place serves great food without the high brow pretentiousness. I had the voodoo pasta and my wife had the catfish. Both were very good but be prepared for large portion size. My only criticisms were the corn bread it was more like cake, not bad just not my favorite. Owner created a great place but wasn't the best at taking the orders.“

“We had two excellent experiences--one eat-in and one take out. We truly enjoyed both meals. The menu has a nice range of options--at a range of prices (from moderate to expensive)--and all our choices were excellent. The restaurant is a little dark for our choice and the service is fine (don't have a 4.5 option)...all-in-all a great place for a nicer meal.“

“This place literally feels like home. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The food tastes fresh and there are so many customizable options. The avocado toast was picture perfect, my bagel sandwich ratios were amazing, and the baked goods were a homemade delight. Also our server Courtney knew the menu, recognized us and remembered our orders when we came back, and was so kind and quick!(: definitely recommend!Kid-friendliness: Everyone was so sweet toward our 4 month old. Staff stopped by to say hi and make him smile! Were accommodating of our stroller too!!“

“Food and service are definitely five stars. Had to give atmosphere a lower ranking because I absolutely got eaten up by the sand fleas here. I stayed a week in Hilton Head with my family and this was the only spot on the island where the sand fleas were really bad. If your planning to visit here gets some Skin So Soft by Avon. I should have brought some. They issued this to us in the Marine Corps just for sand flea protection.“

“We LOVED Bad Biscuit. The food was phenomenal. The biscuits were so fresh and fluffy, the flavors of everything were amazing, and the gravies were SO good, especially the sausage gravy and the mushroom cobbler. I really, really wish I lived closer than the West Coast so I could come again more easily, but hopefully some day!“
“This is a great bar on Wilmington Island! Small food menu with just a couple of options, but the pulled pork sandwich was fantastic. She brought out about five different BBQ sauces to use. The bar was well stocked and the bar tender was super friendly and efficient. Definitely going back.“

“The Sandbar! What a great experience. We just finished a Day at Harbor Town watching the 3rd Round of the RBC Heritage, it was a beautiful day, but it was hot - 90 degrees of low country hot! When we departed from the shuttle bus we had hopes of eating somewhere, but had no idea that we could get a table. We pulled up the Sandbar on google and walked straight over. The service was great and they had indoor and outdoor seating. They were well staffed and everyone was welcoming and kind. The orders came out fast and delicious. The restaurant was clean and the fusion of outdoor and indoor and dual bars gave it an extra set of beach panache! If you are looking for a great spot with great food and aura the Sandbar is for you!“

“This is such a great restaurant, bar, and music venue. The live music was phenomenal and everyone in the restaurant was having a great time. My wife had blacked mahi tacos and I had the island salad with blacked mahi. Both were amazing— super fresh, expertly prepared, and very nicely seasoned. Ingredient choices were spot-on, from the aioli in my wife’s tacos to the lemon vinaigrette, quality unique Italian cheese, and sunflower seeds in my salad. The house Chardonnay was surprisingly good. Then came desert— key lime pie— which as you can see in the picture had an amazing presentation and tasted as good as it looks. Our server was perfect, we weren’t rushed, the outside seating was beautiful, and everyone that worked there was super friendly. For the quality and experience, pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely be coming back.“

“The place was hopping. I stopped in to see if the batting cages were available, there was a wait as alot of people were present. My son and I got some wings and a soft drink as we waited. No fuss no muss. We live out here so I was happy our local business was busy.“

“Brent is an awesome owner, super friendly and always adding cool new menu items. Just tried the new pimento bacon panini today, came with some jelly on it, and it was incredible. Nice southern feel to the menu and inventory, good people. Love the flavored ice lattes too (personal favorite is the almond joy). Can't go wrong with a trip to C'est Bon, especially if you're already in Sea Pines.“

“What a find. Beyond the typical local seafood, bringing in the curry levels up the flavor. Freshly made, the curried shrimp and crabcake sandwich is packed full of crab meat and not fillers. The hush puppies have a good traditional flavor with a little punch of crab. Delicious. Small place. I have a feeling I was lucky to get a seat because I showed up right after they opened. Worth a trip to Wilmington Island to have a meal here.“

“This is one of the best coffee shops on the island, the breakfast panini is amazing and the coffee I really enjoyed, and was way better than Starbucks. Larry was so fun to hang out with and we enjoyed when he came by for some casual conversation.“

“Its's hard for me to understand the few people who gave poor reviews of this wonderful place but I would bet they are the same people that are unhappy with the world. My wife and I have been ordering Pizza's from Islands Pizza for a couple of years. Hands down this place makes the absolute best Pizza I have ever had - anywhere! Ordering is easy and delivery is prompt. With fewer and fewer (good) food choices here on the islands we are very lucky top have them.“
“Loved all the choices—we really loved the mango and strawberry coconut. Perfect stop after a day at the beach. The young man who served us “C” was very helpful and nice. Our family of 5 got 2 small and 3 large (different kinds) and total was $27 which was very reasonable compared to our ice cream stop the day before ($38 for 5 smalls) and our 3 kids liked it a lot more. Definitely will go back to try more flavors!“

“The food and service were so fantastic we went back again! Forget to take pics, sorry. I had pancakes, sausage, and scrambled eggs; and, my partner had the Southern omleette and grits. The owner, Amy, was extremely personable and accommodating. The staff were friendly and their customer service was great. Please go to Skillets if you're looking for good food and you want to support the local economy.“

“This was our 1st visit to the new location. Our server was primot and friendly. Our drinks were cold and tasty (I ordered the Moscow mule). I ordered a shrimp taco, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The outside of the taco was a flour tortilla but fried and crispy, different from a regular crunchy corn tortilla. It was so good! My husband had the burger, which he devoured. It was a homemade patty, and there were plenty of fries on the side. We can't wait to go back!“

“My family and I are from out of town, here on vacation, and decided to have a night out for dinner and some drinks, food was amazing, server was equally as amazing and we felt well taken care of the entire time. One thing that really stood out was, i believe she was a server’s assistant because she brought our food out, her name was Myranda. She was so polite and kind and even let us take a picture with her bunny ears. Overall a great atmosphere and thank you for employing such down to earth, kind people.“

“Drinks are the key to this restaurant! You need to try the different frozen drinks, they are delicious and full of fun (I mean rum!). Pizza and BBQ pork are delicious as well, we had the BBQ chicken with jalapeño pizza and it was worth every bite! Hop on in and drink and eat your day away!“

“It has been a minute since I frequented this charming spot, but I was reminded why I love it! It has such a friendly and inviting atmosphere with great TVs to watch whatever sport you’re following - college hoops and golf today. The service is fantastic and the food is really delicious and affordable. One of the best mahi sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. And a great craft beer and cocktail menu. Highly recommend!“
