“I thought Ibwas having an allergic reaction in my eyes, but whole time it was because the food taste SSSSSOOOOO GOOD. I dont know where mom learned to cook, but she needs to teach a class. The food here is SO DAMN GOOD, its almost annoying. I usually don't try different meals at places, out of fear my money would be wasted cause it won't be good, but at D'essence EVERYTHING SO GOOD. I get chills every time I order and get my bag. I cant even help the praise footwork that happens when the food comes out. Their food looks like the photos. Usually restaurants get professional photos and the food never looks the same ??, but D'essence looks like the photos and taste that good. Dont est with someone that like to reach into others people plate, because YOU WILL slap them, out of reflex ?.“

“First time going here, I thought I wasn’t going to eat anything since I have a gluten intolerance. I was surprised when I saw there were GF items (and Vegan). I still ended up getting a quiche and a latte. Best coffee I’ve ever had! I went back yesterday and got some of their GF pastries, ong the best GF food I’ve ever had! When it isn’t too busy, it is a great study environment, great for outings with a friend, and amazing products! I definitely will come again!Dietary restrictions: GF and Vegan and different milk options“

“We had dinner there on a Friday. Being able to make reservations was nice. The buffet was filled with lots of choices: gumbo, red beans, just to name a few. The battered fish was especially good and the crab legs were prepared nicely. The Muffuletta sandwiches were spot on. The dessert bar finished the meal nicely. Come with a big appetite.Wait staff was very attentive and friendly. The gentleman providing the live piano music was extremely talented. We had a very nice visit and will return.“

“Stop by after dropping off a family at the airport. Soon as I walked it, I knew it was going to be authentic. Then the pho came out with the green pepper and shrimp paste and I knew it was the real deal. Lol. Papaya was on point. This will always be my go to place when coming to the airport now.“

“We came at 1:00 PM on a Thursday and the atmosphere was so welcoming and chill. The music they played was so on point I’m currently listening to “ I like the way” by high five, if that puts the vibe in context for you.We got the Fish and grits with blueberry pancakes. The fish was fried really well and the grits, so good. We also had the Jazz’s special with. Also so good. The service was even better. Ms Jessica was so wonderful, a 10 out of 10 for sure. Will definitely be going back“

“This place was amazing. Omg. How can I say this without sounding bad. I'm sure they'll remember me, they threatened me with a good time by selling amazing food. When I go back, first place I'm going and last place. Good lord everything is made with love. How would I know? I ate there. Staff is amazing and so funny. I appreciate all of you for showing my taste buds a great time. I mean, nothing hit so good like the food and snowballs. If I could give more stars, bet. Looking forward to round 2. I live in Colorado, so we don't have a lot of places like this. Reminds me of home.“

“I ordered two weeks prior as per policy. Followed up a day prior to my scheduled pickup and realized the order wasn't finalized and wasn't scheduled to be made, but no worries because the owner customized a very nice strawberry cake for me at the last minute and upon pickup it was ready on time, and the taste was delicious. I am picking the crumbs off my plate as i type this and can't wait to order more celebratory cakes from this cake shop. Very delicious and much better than Make My Cake on Howell Mill whom I ordered from the year prior. Thank You!“

“A cool spot for"Grown Folks" to go dance, eat and smoke hookah. Despite the name, the crowd is pretty diverse in age I would say ranging from 30's to 70's. There were a couple of birthdays being celebrated in an elevated area, the only area that I would say is not handicapped accessible as it is stair access only from what I could tell. All the attendees seemed to be having a blast. The DJ is great. He has a tough job but managed to play something for everyone. There are seats available if you don't want to dance and are in the mood to eat. I had the whiting plate and it was fried perfectly. I was shook. I would order that again if I were to find myself in Grown Folks on. Saturday night. My friends ordered the lemon pepper wings which she said were also good. So all in all a good night out for me and the crew. There are gender specific restrooms located at the rear of the establishment and an outside covered patio with a small bar.Parking: It shares parking with other businesses in a plaza style shopping center.“

“My friend and I had breakfast here this morning after leaving the airport. I had the fish & grits. It was delicious. Fish cooked to perfection. My friend had salmon and grits, and she enjoyed her food as well. The food is hot because it is cooked to order except for grits, which were perfectly cooked. The grits are plain. However, they do ask how you want them like cheese, butter and etc. I would definitely recommend this place, and I can't wait to go again????Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Yes“

“I’ve been looking for a good Caribbean restaurant in the ATL for a while. The food was good and service was spot on! I told the server it was first time and she explained that a plate came with a meat and two sides and the plantain came with dinner. I had jerk salmon, kale, with rice and peas. Awesome flavors. The plantain was NOT sweet but I will be back.“

“My sister and I ordered the meal for two and it was around $75.00. It included 2 soups, 2 salads, and 2 appetizers, but only 1 drink, 1 entree, and 1 dessert. The wait time to get our food was pretty long as it's made fresh to order. Everything we ordered was really good. For our entree we ordered the lentil burger with a flaxseed bun (not really a bun but more like a very thin flatbread). The burger was really small and can not be shared so we had to order an additional one. I'm in Gwinnett County so the distance was much farther then I would normally travel to eat but I will definitely visit there again.Vegetarian options: Vegan option.“

“The Greek salad is my go to!! I’ve tried the fish and a few other items. The Greek salad is top notch. They have a lot of American food items on the menu like the traditional cafe. Neighborhood spot and many local businesses eat here in the area.“
