This place is garbage! Literally about a year ago my boyfriend came through…they used to close at midnight, he came about 10 min before midnight. He ordered the food…paid for it….they told him to pull around and they would bring it out….they CLOSED THE RESTAURANT ON HIM!! Just shut off the lights…took his money and never gave him food….it has been a while since we returned…we assumed those people no longer worked there anymore, no need to hold a grudge…they’re opened 24hrs now. So it’s 5am…I just dropped my friend off at the airport and wanted some breakfast. I’m tired, I haven’t been to sleep yet, and I was hungry. So I go get my boyfriend a croissant and me a chicken biscuit…they tell me, it’ll be about 7 min on the chicken biscuit and I say, that’s fine…that is all I’ll eat on the menu, I don’t do pork…eggs aren’t my fav thing…I love chicken biscuits, so I’ll wait..no prob. I pay…pull around and after 10 min I get my food. I get home, and I have a freaking biscuit with the most paper thin, burnt piece of sausage, and that is literally it. So I get pulled around to wait for the chicken and I get sausage? No cheese, bacon, egg, just a paper thin piece of sausage…what did I pull around for them to coook? There were NO OTHER CARS…so it COULD NOT HAVE BEEN AN ACCIDENTAL GRAB!!! There was no one else there…no other food they were cooking but my order. It feel as if it was intentionally done. Maybe to be rude to me bc I came through and disturbed them, or I made them drop chicken in the grease that took 7 min. I’m not sure, but that mistake was one that no single human could have possibly made. It was 100% intentional…sooooo...I spent 20 min at Burger King for NO REASON, WAISTED MY TIME AND MONEY for literally absolutely no reason. Garbage food establishment, garbage people, garbage attitudes towards their jobs.

I ordered a whopper jr. with cheese. Got charged for chews that wasn’t on it. I ate half of it before I noticed. I turned around and told them. Diana asked for it back and says, “you done ate it all” I said it’s half gone before I noticed. She said I’ll give you $0.60 back for half of the cheese. I said I don’t care about $0.60, I want a burger with cheese. She said she’ll give me a slice of cheese but not another burger. She took my burger and walked to the back and I hear her say, “he done ate most of it” and a bunch of ppl laughed. I yelled that I ate half of it before I noticed. She came back after handling my burger and spewing spittle all over it. She says again that she would’ve gave me $0.60 back. I told them that they’re shady. And left. No I don’t even want to eat the nasty, spittle riddled burger.

MISSES WRIGHT

They werent busy and we were the ONLY people in line yet we were told to drive to the front of the building and wait for our order. EVERYTHING, all 4 breakfast value meals were crammed into ONE MEDIUM sized brown bag which we can see as they were approaching us was LITERALLY SOAKED IN GREASE FROM THE HALFWAY POINT AND THE ENTIRE BOTTOM!!! Nobody wanted to hold the bag or sit it in their lap! Everyone said NOT IT!! We had a 3hr drive to Columbus ahead of us and usually with a carfull of people like this ordering a bunch of value meals, french toast sticks, separate sandwiches, drinks, the meals are bagged seperately! Sooooo, being as though we werent in the drive thru anymore, we had the INCONVENIENCE of someone who was already holding a birthday cake and crammed in the back have to get out and get more CLEAN bags so i can seperate the food for our riders. No exagerration, EACH AND EVERY SINGLE WRAPPER FOR THE SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE CROISSANT SANDWICHES WERE SUBMERSSED IN OIL!! IT WAS GROSS...LIKE WHY? NOTHING ABOUT THIS MENU OPTION IS FRIED! Is it from nasty gloves handling the food prep? Only thing i can think of. Then, the reveal...the sandwiches looked like someone stepped on them they were all so flat! Not like croissants AT ALL! AND THE TATERS? INEDIBLE!! SO GROSS!! TASTE LIKE OILY SOAP!! THE BOXES THEY WERE IN CHANGED COLOR THEYRE SO OILY. Like the grease aint been changed in months. I dont know and croissants old and expired. Only thing that tasted right was the orange juice and the syrup and i spent almost $45!!!!Parking: Poor food makes for an empty parking lot! I will keep that in mind next time....yall should too.

While I gave the service a 3 this is unusual for this restaurant. Typically it is good but today there was only 2 staff members trying to run the front counter, drive thru and do the cooking. They were working hard but they just couldn't do it all fast enough.

In my 52 years of living and 23 years in the Valdosta community, I had not experienced the most poor excuse for employees and unacceptable customer service at Burger King or any other fast food restaurant. At approximately 1:45pm on Thurs, 21 Dec, my adult daughter and I entered the facility on St. Augustine and witin just a minute of arrival, the 2 employees at the counter displayed a nature of unprofessional behavior, we just turned around and immediately exited the facility. Please do not hire employees of this nature. We will not ever be visiting this facility again. Very Disappointed in this!!!Parking: N/A

This place is the WORST ! The staff is very disrespectful and aren’t willing to satisfy the customer. On 12/6/23 I ordered door dash from here the food was disgusting and my entire order was wrong , I even called the store no one answered and one of the worker’s a woman , was very smart with my dasher when he tried to correct her about getting the order wrong !

My husband went through the drive through & got us each a crispy chicken with bacon & Swiss. They were edible. Both onion rings are ice cold, sopping wet, not grease, water, ordered 2 of the sundae pies & they never put them in our bag.Quitman has issues at that bk so he went to Valdosta.They wanna give us $10 for an order that costs $34.18.

Had to repeat my order several times before the drive through employee understood me, and I was not being complicated. I asked for a number 9, just the sandwich with only mayo. Then they asked us to pull back around and wait in the parking for our food, and we weren’t the only ones, the car before us and the two cars behind us did the same. A 10 minute wait for a fast food sandwich is ridiculous, and I will not be spending anymore of my money at this establishment.

The food came out hot and as it was requested. Customer service was lacking. Waited 20 min, the cashier was walking around with Crocs, not welcoming, with an almost hostile attitude.
