The food came out hot and as it was requested. Customer service was lacking. Waited 20 min, the cashier was walking around with Crocs, not welcoming, with an almost hostile attitude.
This is the first time I went to the drive thru. I asked her name. She said Dana, I believe. She was so sweet & nice. She's definitely got the personality & is an asset to the co. Our food was delicious. We always prefer Burger King over Mc Donald's. It's always fresh & the best fries.

While I gave the service a 3 this is unusual for this restaurant. Typically it is good but today there was only 2 staff members trying to run the front counter, drive thru and do the cooking. They were working hard but they just couldn't do it all fast enough.
