Firehouse never disappoints. I had such a good interaction with Madison that I had to write a review. 10/10 for this location and staff.

Want be back. The young kids they have working are rude and not respectful. It was around 8:25pm and no sweet tea and I ask if they had any in the back or could they please make some. I was told no to both. So 13 minutes to closing they tell they are closed and we need to leave. I informed them they still had 13 minutes to go. So we finish up and I go to get a refill and they have shut down the drink machine and wouldn't let me get a refill. This place has VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. It's ok though I'll find another place to eat next time that will appreciate my business. I realize one person want make a difference but if the employees continue on the same path treating customers poorly we will be minus another business. This is coming from a person (me) that eats out EVER DAY!

Food was good the service is always a little slow there almost like they're unorganized but they finally get it together to get your food to you
Walked in for a doordash to the restaurant completely empty. The Workers were on their phones so they didn’t even realize an order had came in, waited 15 minutes for an order.

I had never been to this firehouse subs on Baytree before. They must have been training new staff because our subs were made incorrectly . It took over 15 minutes to get our food and even then it wasn't made The way we ordered it . But since I have been over to the other firehouse on Ashley I know That the food can be made correctly in a short amount of time.

The workers don't know what they doing. They need more training. I was so aggravated with them that I walked out to go to tropicla smoothie instead. I am not spending my money where I get charged $20 for a sub sandwich.
