Team is always friendly she has great hospitality and awesome customer service, no matter how complicated I am with my order she smiles and reassures me that my cookies will be fresh and of great quality. I never have to wait long and the team is always on top of things. Thank you for your great service, my family and I will definitely be coming back! In search of the perfect farewell cake for a coworker and friend to share at our weekly gathering at Georgia Beer Company. I ordered this cookie cake online without speaking to anyone. When I arrived to pick up the cake I was more than pleased and so happy with the outcome! I like this Great American Cookie site. It's smack in the center of a mall and has visual and aroma appeal. The lady behind the counter, Pam, was friendly and cheerful. It's a place I make a point to visit each time in the city. The only problem is that the cookies are TOO good and I have to keep weight in mind!
