One employee said “because your order is over $5”. The other employee said “because prices keep going up. I walked away and didn’t complete my purchase.

If I could give you a zero, you would absolutely get that.I have lived all over the place and love coming a mall that you are in, just for your double doozie cookies.Today was the only bad experience I have ever had, in any of your stores and I walked away without buying a single thing. Regrettably I live in the area of this one, because I will never be back.I walked up to the gentleman and 2 young ladies that were working on Sept 4th, just as the store was opening. Please keep that in mind, 3 people working.. I'm the only customer. I asked for 6 double doozies and told him what kind of cookies I wanted. He stuff 4 plain cookies at the bottom and 2 double doozies on top, then proceeded to charge me for all double doozies. When I said I wanted the strawberry and red velvet cookies to be double doozies also, his reply was, 'we don't custom fill any. We have what is already made up as double doozies, but we don't do that here."So I walked out, without anything.. but your management should know the type of people running the store while they are away

This place is the worse(Valdosta location only) asked for a double doozie and the young man I guess was new and asked a manager and she caught a sarcastic attitude. I don’t understand if you don’t want to work on customer service then don’t. Plenty of Jobs that you can do that don’t require you to deal customers. You almost caught the wrong Adam today, be glad Jesus was on your side and my side today.
