I had a chicken craving on the 4th of July and this place was within walking distance. There were only a couple other customers in the building but the drive-thru was banging! The staff was friendly and my order was taken and fulfilled without issue. The building seems like it could have accommodated quite a few customers. The ambiance was easy going. It's hard to say lots of things about your average KFC and this is your average KFC.

Update: Food is still just as good. They now have ordering kiosks but they do have a register so you can still opt to order from a cashier. Tried the kiosk and enjoyed the ability to customize meals and substitute individual pieces without the "we don't have any wings cooked" feedback from a cashier. Our only gripe was that the women's bathroom needed to be cleaned. The wife couldn't use it because someone had left a total mess all over one toilet and dropped a "brick" in another....read full review
