The waitress was very attentive, the place was packed, but the whole service ran smoothly!! The two guys cleaning the tables were very quick but also thorough! Not one employee had a bad attitude! Everyone made the entire experience great!!
For a chain steakhouse, I was impressed by the efficiency of the staff and quality of the food we got on our most recent trip. I do recommend the call ahead seating option though as this location tends to stay busy.
