We used to love this restaurant until our encounter with a manager named Izzy. Our usual order of rattle snake bites had hair in it. I told our waitress about it. She said she'd let the manager know. No big deal. It happens sometimes. The manager never came to our table. We were never offered a new order of rattle snake bites. We said nothing, we didn't make an issue of it because I had a coupon on my phone for a free appetizer. The coupon on my phone was no longer showing the bar code but clearly a legit coupon. The waitress finally got Izzy, the manager on duty to come to our table. He basically told us it was too bad. There wasn't anything he could do without the bar code. So we paid for an appetizer that came with hair. I don't think we are going back.

We had a horrible experience. Server was rude to us when we asked servers if they could take the dirty plates for next course said wasnt their job, food was wrong and got Salads before apps, forgot our drink order, and when we asked for military discount the server rolled his eyes. Talked to Alyssa about it on way out door and she said she was going to email us a gift card. Guess what! Been over a week and nada. No customer service, no follow thru and no respect at this location. -5 stars

We love Texas Roadhouse, and we travel extensively throughout the U.S. ! BUT... this location is by far the worst T.R. we've ever been to. We were seated at a table that had a large puddle of coke spilled under the table. Our server had an attitude when we asked to be moved to another table. They seated two other couples to that same table and both asked to be moved within 5-minutes... but no one ever cleaned under that table.We order our steaks and it took 50-minutes for the food to come out. The waitress kept apologizing for the long delay, and said she was arguing with the cooks. As soon as the food arrived... both steaks and potatoes were cold. At this point we asked for the Mgr. (Izzy), which we could see, really didn't care, so we returned all the food and left !Stay away from this location !!!

The waitress was very attentive, the place was packed, but the whole service ran smoothly!! The two guys cleaning the tables were very quick but also thorough! Not one employee had a bad attitude! Everyone made the entire experience great!!
Waited 1 hour to get our food! Steak was cold, rare inside and burned outside! Most servers are just having a good time laughing while the restaurant is filthy! Would never stop here again.

My friends and I came here to eat dinner, it was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. We got on the waiting list at 7:04, our table was ready at 7:54. We placed our food a couple minutes later. By 9:00 our food was still not ready, the waitress explained to us that the kitchen lost our ticket twice but it was in fact the waitress forgetting to put our order in. Then proceeded to bring us “our food” in togo boxes and it wasn’t even our food. We got the manager involved, which then our food came out and it was cold. We then sent it back for them to bring out the same food again, still cold. Not to mention we ordered drinks that didn’t even have alcohol in them. We will never be back to the restaurant, we felt nothing but disrespect while we set there patiently waiting to eat dinner together. It was just excuse after excuse. Do better.

if i could give 0 i would. we waited for 2 hours just for our steaks to be raw, purple raw. potato’s were not even cooked. all food came out cold. mixed drinks had no alcohol in them and waitress kept complaining about the other tables she had. nothing we ordered was correct. we got to the restaurant at 7:50 to sit down and did not get food till 10 did not pay and left. ridiculous.

Despite the restaurant's reputation for hearty American food, the visit was marred by various disappointments.To begin with, the steak, the centerpiece of any steakhouse, arrived cold on my plate. This initial setback was further compounded when the replacement steak returned overdone, failing to meet expectations on both occasions.Additionally, the burger buns were surprisingly hard, making them difficult to enjoy alongside the already lackluster burgers. Furthermore, the steak fries were excessively greasy, detracting from their potential appeal.Even the kids' meal failed to impress, with the burger tasting bland and uninspired, lacking the flavor one would anticipate from a restaurant of this caliber.Overall, my dining experience at Texas Roadhouse fell short of expectations. With numerous dining options available, I would recommend exploring alternative venues for a more satisfying meal.
