Food was more or less standard Captain D's fare. Definitely eatable, but not spectacular.Very little staffing, but the gentleman at the counter was nice enough, but we had very little interaction with him and never saw anyone come into the dining room to do clean up. Cleanest restaurant in vidalia. These ladies were washing down the WALLS...THE WALLS!!! The counters, the tables and the chairs. I was curious, so I went to the restrooms and what do you know..CLEAN. SHINY CLEAN!! Smelled so good too!! Food was amazing as well. Thank you

I hadn’t been to Captain D’s in a long time. I ordered the $5.99 shrimp and fish. In hind sight I should have stuck to the vegetables. The shrimp and fish didn’t really have a taste. I had forgotten how bready the fish was. The tea was good. The restaurant was clean even though it was prime lunch time.
