You set the tone and atmosphere and made our dining experience most memorable and enjoyable! Please give credit to where credit is due( as far as raises go specifically) to this young lady, she's apparently one of your top,stellar performers! “I put in online pickup order on this pass Friday. Could not get it through the drive through, had to come inside. It was almost ready but didn't have to wait too long. The food was hot and good. My favorite is the red beans and rice. Whomever made them did an awesome job ?. I like my rice cooked all the way done. No cruchies! The employee who helped me was very professional and nice. Job well done ?.“
“We ordered on the Zaxby's app and it will tell you one time but the employee informed us that it didn't matter if they were busy. It told us 12 minutes and we were told 30 minutes on arrival. Luckily the food was super fresh and hot. It was delicious and I can say that it more than made up for the lackluster service.“
