“When you go a waffle house it is for comfort and familiarity not the food. These people are so kind and wonderfully nice. I never feel like I am being rushed or disliked. Sure my husband and I get started at by patrons but it is because we know our servers and love them. Want a good atmosphere and to get full with great service, come to the best waffle house in town“
“I go to this store regularly. Michael is the best , along with Rebecca , Carly , Dianna Debbie and the rest . Since Michael has come to this store , he has turned it around substantially and made it one of the best . The staff that trains and do everything there should be commended for their hard work at ALL they do at this location. “The food was hot and ready in below average time when there were only a few guests there. They seemed short staffed, since there were a couple of tables with dirty dishes, so I sat at the counter. The customer service was friendly. This location is smaller than most, but overall you get the same Waffle House experience.“
“I had an experience Friday night @11pm on the 24th at this location. I ordered pork chops eggs and hash browns. The food had too much oil very greasy. The food was also cold and my eggs was taken and laid on top of the grill instead of being freshly cooked. I told the chef or the cooker that it was not to my lacking but I would pay for the coffee. I did pay for the beverage. Unfortunately, they wanted me to still accept the food and pay them 10% of whatever the cost of the food was. I declined. Since I declined to not pay for the meal or saying that I would not pay for the meal, they in return took my tag number and called Warner Robins Police Dept on me. When the officer arrived he asked for my side of the story I advised him that I would not be paying for the food .. At the end of the conversation, the officer had listened to both sides advising the manager , it would not be his right to make me stay away. He told her the establishment would need to do it. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my whole entire life for just a plate of food. this totally embarrassed me for the law to be called on me..“

“Stopped for overnight in Byron recently and ordered breakfast for dinner online. The order was ready right on time, and they made sure that I had all of the "extras" since I was staying in a hotel. Food was very good and great customer service!“

“This morning at 6:05 a.m. it's on tape....the waitress is on film ....after taking my order; I waited to pay for a to go All-star for my son this morning. The waitress didn't wash her hands after touching her hair and touching under her eye then proceeded to place clean dishes in place. Note* I did park not in a space. In food bag there was no syrup for my son's waffle placed in the bag.When the food was finished, I proceeded to pay and she said something about my parking. So, I stated about the conditions and non professional things I had experienced from being a customer here. Please note for 30 plus years; no profanity was use by me. “This waffle house gave the best diner experience i ever had. The staff was well mannered, extremely welcoming, and professional, and that's sayin somethin for a waffle house at 2 am lol. Fastest wait time i ever had, less than 10 min and from walk in and our food was at the table. Our waitress was Arianna and she was friendly, informative, and accommodating. Her and her coworkers are a great team. Dang good food and service with a smile. “You simply can't go wrong with WaHo in the deep south. I've been to this location multiple times and it's always been solid. Both the service and food are consistently good. The last time I was there it was packed and they did a great job of managing the crowd and taking care of everyone. I will absolutely continue to come to this location. I suggest checking it out when you need your fix of Southern Americana.“
