I went there today at 3:16pm. I rate it a 1 because my milkshake was very watery. I could flip it upside down & it would fall right out. I mentioned it to the cashier and all she did was laugh it off instead of replacing it or reimbursing my money. Furthermore, I ordered a combo and didn't get my fries. I should've checked my bag buy I didn't want to hold the line up. I called to say all of this to a supervisor, but no one answered the two times I called. Very disappointed. I would like my money back.

A few employers here don't believe In customer service or simple kindness but the food is always good and hot when I go so thats what keeps me going back . I had an experience last night where the employee told me I didn't ask for the staff to not put any mustard on my burger when ordering at the drive thru . She lied right to my face because she wasn't in the mood to make corrections . She made it an issue with another employer because she was scared to be real about someone else's order . No mustard was so simple and I definitely asked her to make sure I didn't recieve mustard . If you Dont like your job ? Don't work there . Do not punish the hungry .Shabye

I almost died today from choking on a bread tab. Took the burger back to show them that I swallowed a piece of plastic and almost choked to death. They didn’t apologize didn’t show any type of remorse and I had to ask for my money back! Despicable!!! Sad thing is the prices are sky high for a penny worth of customer service. The food here is great. The staff was friendly. My biggest issue is that I didn't like taking to the automated ordering system. I like to talk to real people when I order food. I have a large family to order food for, so I want instant feedback when I'm ordering, so I know my order is right. Other than that, the people I actually talked to were nice and friendly.
