We had lunch there today and it was surprisingly good. The burgers were very tasty and had enough meat to realize you were eating a burger - and the Salad - Excellent - forget the chips and go for the salad. I would have preferred the bun to be toasted - but you can't have everything. French Fries would be a great addition to their menu. Plastic forks and plates are not my thing, but this isn't the Ritz. Staff was very friendly and we are looking forward to our next visit.
I'm one to give everyone a fair shot. This is a new business and of course things aren't going to go as smooth as possible. I understand people get frustrated but it's an entirely new staff and new establishment. The food is amazing and the portions are huge. Be patient everyone is still learning and they are only trying to grow.
