Service and food is usually great but our driver just left our food outside the door, didn't ring the bell or knock, food was found cold as its 46 degrees outside, luckily my dog needed out or I'd still be waiting.

I ordered the Stromboli and it was amazing. The staff were all super friendly and service was impeccable! I'm ashamed to say it but this was my first experience with Zoners. I will definitely be coming back for more. I greatly recommend this place 5 ⭐️

After waiting 2 hours for our food it was cold and still 30 more minutes late Zoners will never get my business again me and my wife spent a lot of money here. Ill highly recommend people go elsewhere to get good food and customer service!!!!

Zoner's pizza, waffles and wings is good. They make few mistakes and will prepare your order and have it ready in a timely manner.

Ok two sandwhiches and a two litter and two small bags of chips for 30 bucks.come with a pickle but no pickle and I call back and the employee says it doesnt come with one but the menu states otherwise. How do you not know what is on your menu. Not to mention the sandwhich hardly has anything on it. No sause with dry meatballs. Pls dont waste your money at this place. Subway gives better sandwhiches for less money. Should of went there.

This place has gone downhill badly. It use to be one of my family pizza choices until after a few bad pizza’s that was like cardboard. We did a delivery tonight and when our food arrive they totally forgot one of our pizzas( we only order two) wings was not good and the cheese bread was nasty. I called the manager and he apologized but I was still charged $30 just for a 10piece wing and a small chz bread! Wow! Never again because the other pizza was nasty my family didn’t eat it. So needless to say when we decided to eat out again this will be a reason to say to our selfs.. “let’s just cook” but sometimes after a long work day you feel like you can just order a pizza \u0026 be done. But I will never order back from here again and neither will my work family because last time we order from here it was awful. Again the pizza was like cardboard.

We've ordered Zoner's several times before and have always been pleased with the food and the delivery. Tonight--not so much. Placed the order before 6 pm on a Sunday. It's now 7:25 and still no food. I called to check on it at the one hour mark and was put on hold then hung up on. This is definitely not the way to keep our business. If you are that busy, just say so. If my order got lost, just say so. Don't just hang up. Now I'm not sure if we'll order again in the future. Update: pizza finally arrived. It was not warm at all. Did not get my complete order. Ugh.

You need to update your hours online!! This is twice now that ive ordered online and they call almost 20 minutes after i ordered to tell me that they are closing soon and cant do the order. WHY does your hours say you close at 10 but you call at 9 to tell me you cant do a order i placed over 20 mins ago!
