Phenomenal BBQ!! I came across them when I was working in Encinitas. They were part of a Farmer's Market. They are legit!! Family owned and what a wonderful and amazing family! Hard working, friendly, and they make awesome BBQ! The meats are juicy, tender and full of flavor. Bought some extra to take home to the wife and she said it was soooo good! They have flavorful brisket and tri-tip. There is a pink smoke ring around the brisket and tri-tip. This is not surprising. They had a smoker with them so they are really smoking the meat. Also, tried their sausage. The sausage was a little small but overall good flavors. The smoke bean is good too. I would order the same you again.

Amazingly good BBQ. I had the pulled pork with mild sauce. Great flavor without the sauce. I always taste BBQ without sauce first for the true flavor of the meat. Then also good with the sauce. If I was local, I would be eating it regularly.
