Best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. Not lying. Mike is a cool dude too, sits and chats with you and makes you feel like y’all have known each other a while.

Great people and great food worthy of your money. We were having a good afternoon at a brewery brewery and they made it a great one! It’s legit awesome Cuban food.

I admit to not having eaten there yet because every time we drive by around lunch it's not open. NO signage so you have no idea what this tiny food truck is about. Man open up and put some signage up!

My husband and I both tried a Cuban sandwich from here, and we were not impressed. I know Cuban sandwiches have mustard, but our were DROWNED in mustard and we had to wipe some off to try to taste anything else. What else we could taste wasn't bad, but I think Papi's in Kennesaw is better, at least as far as the Cuban sandwich goes.

This guy is an owner operator and just does a fantastic job. I've had the Cuban, also I've had the empanadas. Just delicious and fresh. Make sure to get a couple shots of that coffee

On recommendation from a friend, we tried Cuban Mike’s Food truck tonight. All I can say is WOW! The Cuban sandwich was the best I’ve ever eaten. A little background info from Mike that the recipes he uses have been handed down in his family from his Great Grandmother and tweaked by him had us drooling before we got our food. This was our first visit but I want to try everything on the menu so we will definitely be back.

Excellent traditional Cuban food! We ate here for the first time today-had lechon asado with rice, beans and plantains. Great prices and the owners were so friendly. We will definitely be going back!

Mike knows what he's doing. The pork is not like the usual shaved deli meat. It is shredded and succulent. The bread is outstanding. One of the best Cubans I've had. A must go to for sure.

EDIT I gave them a second chance, and I am so glad I did. This is a relative new food truck, and hitting the groove can be a challenge. Mike hit the groove and made it groovy on my second visit. The traditional Cuban sandwich was moist, tender, and full of the expected flavors. The side order of tostones were delicious little salty bites of savory (confession - I did have them with some of my own homemade hot sauce, but that was just for me to try. They were really good on their own). Yeah, Mike, I'm a fan, and I look forward to working from home again so I can start trying the rest of your menu! ++++++ Disappointing first visit. I got a classic Cuban and a mojo pork sandwich. Sadly, both were dry and bland. Even adding extra mayo, some salt, and even hot sauce didn't help. I will likely try it again just in case this was just an off day

Went here today. Had a Cuban sandwich it was decent and comparable to something in Miami. The meat was perfect . Bread was also. I think my sandwich needed a bit more tartness to really get me there but this a great start.

I'm from Tampa and know all about some good Cuban food. Mike's has the best Cuban sandwiches. Authentic & Fresh. They import their ingredients (bread & all). The rice & beans are cooked/seasoned perfectly. I've heard great things about their plates but can't help but order a Cuban sandwich every time. Thank you Mike & Erin for bringing the real deal to Towne Lake!!!! **they take debit cards!

I gave this food truck a try and could not have been more impressed. I love Cuban sandwiches and try them anytime I get the chance. This was easily one of the best I've ever had and no question the best I've had in Georgia. The owner is very nice and told me all the food is his grandmother's old recipes. He has been in the food game for a long time. Try it out for yourself and you won't regret it.

I went here on the recommendation of some dear friends who used to live in Tampa. I am so glad I listened. The Cuban sandwich was very authentic and it tasted great! The chef has managed to bring together crispy Cuban bread encasing sweet succulent ham, flavorful marinated pork, real deal Swiss cheese, grainy mustard and pickles. What a masterpiece! The steak sandwich comes highly recommended too. It too, is an extremely well flavored offering owing to the fact that it is well seasoned and juicy. Try them for lunch one day, like me, you'll be so glad you did.
