I gave this food truck a try and could not have been more impressed. I love Cuban sandwiches and try them anytime I get the chance. This was easily one of the best I've ever had and no question the best I've had in Georgia. The owner is very nice and told me all the food is his grandmother's old recipes. He has been in the food game for a long time. Try it out for yourself and you won't regret it.
I went here on the recommendation of some dear friends who used to live in Tampa. I am so glad I listened. The Cuban sandwich was very authentic and it tasted great! The chef has managed to bring together crispy Cuban bread encasing sweet succulent ham, flavorful marinated pork, real deal Swiss cheese, grainy mustard and pickles. What a masterpiece! On recommendation from a friend, we tried Cuban Mike’s Food truck tonight. All I can say is WOW! The Cuban sandwich was the best I’ve ever eaten. A little background info from Mike that the recipes he uses have been handed down in his family from his Great Grandmother and tweaked by him had us drooling before we got our food. This was our first visit but I want to try everything on the menu so we will definitely be back.
