No longer doing contactless delivery. COVID is still going around AND I have dogs that will ATTACK! Will no longer order from this store! There’s a sign on the door and I called to request contactless and the guy said it’s a liability issue because ANTS can get into it. Please come up with something better than that. It’s not like we aren’t home or tracking our order. Ring my doorbell at your own risk. You may just regret it. Ugh!

Order a sandwich Philly cheese steak one sandwich had hardly any meat on it. But this was the first time that this has happened. I'm give them a 5 star because of the staff. The food is always good.

They had great service and food for years but recently the food and service has gone down bill drastically. Our last order was the worst pizza we ever had and called the store to let them know. The employee who answered the call was very rude and when we mentioned the food being not satisfactory, his replied "and what do you want me to do about it" in a smart assed tone. We will not order from them or recommend them to anyone from here on. I would rather have a frozen pizza than a pizza from this location.

Been told I've had Marco's before, but I don't remember ever having it. Was suddenly craving a calzone last night, but having had a couple drinks and not wanting to pay so much extra for delivery - decided I would stop by after work today for one.Placed my order online, showed up, and began to wait. I sat for about 45 mins, long past the "promise time". I eventually went in and asked and it had been ready for some time and they mistakenly hadn't noticed the *curbside delivery* I had selected.I worked at Papa Johns, I understand what they're doing back there and with small print mistakes can be made. No worries, they made a mistake, I make mistakes, who doesn't? I'm very easy-going, I'm not gonna get mad at some kid who made a little mistake trying to make a living. I've been there.Though upon inspecting the ticket they get printed - it simply says "online order - pickup" and "curbside pickup" is in very small print below along with my car's description. I suggest to the Marco's Corporate office: for app and online pickups - have the ticket print as it currently does - but for curbside orders, simply change "pickup" or "delivery" to clearly state: "CURBSIDE" this eases the load of work on employees, making it easy and clear to understand and see, and benefits your customer by ensuring you provide your product as hot and fresh as possible with less room for inaccuracies.The small issue aside, after getting home and a quick air-fryer reheat, was one of the best calzones Ive had in memory, and I will definitely be back; just hoping to also assist in avoiding a bit of an inconvenience.

He kept wiping his nose which was very unsanitary and he had a very nasty attitude. I will never go to this location again.

He kept wiping his nose which was very unsanitary and he had a very nasty attitude. I will never go to this location again.

I had a horrible experience with your employee named (ELI) today on 6-28-2023 who work at ( store8416) 6236 Holly Springs Rd Woodstock, Ga 30188 location.I ordered a medium all meat pizza and 6 buffalo wings. I went to pick my order up 8:50pm on 6-28-2023. I told Eli that I was there to pick up a call in order. He got my order and placed it by a bucket that was filled with dirty water next to it. I told him not to place my food there and he said 'I always put the food there what do you want me to do"? I started looking at my order and asked if the wings where well done he said "yeh I put them back in twice". As I was looking at my pizza to make sure it was correct he stated "so are you going to swipe your card or what"? I told him I had to look at my food first and he was being beyond rude/disrespectful at this point! As I was getting out my credit card, I asked him if he could add another ranch dressing. He got the ranch dressing and said "look next time tell me when you first place your order than telling me right now" IN A NASTY TONE. I asked him what was wrong with him and why was he acting crazy with me? He was pacing back and forth and said "I AM BEEN VERY BUSY AND IT IS A LOT TODAY" Like that was my problem or issue which also gave him no excuse to be acting ill-mannered with a customer. I told him that he need to calm down because he was doing entirely too much. As I was checking out with my credit card he kept picking up my food trying to give it to me before, I was even done checking out. I told him to hold on and quit rushing. It was no one else in the store and only 1 customer waiting at the time. He also kept rubbing his nose and sniffing really hard. PLEASE LOOK AT THE CAMERAS, BECAUSE HE WAS ACTING TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL WITH ME TODAY. I'm quite sure, I'm not the only customer that experienced this madness neither. He was very unprofessional, rude, had a nasty attitude, he acted like he was going to have a heart attack, and most definitely do not need to be working at ANY RESTAURANT IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA. He literally was acting like he was going to have a nervous breakdown and like he couldn't even handle serving customers which is a huge RED FLAG. There is no excuse for his behavior and I don't know if he was high on drugs or what. BUT. The way he was acting surely seemed like he was either high, drunk, or on some type of substance. This company need to seriously vet these people before you hire them, because he was all over the place acting CRAZY! He didn't give me a receipt for my order and I will never patronize this location again!

I ordered two small pizzas and a sub. The Chicken Florentine did not have the black olives that were requested and my Italiano sub had MOLD on the bread! I also asked for no tomatoes, and it still came on the sandwich. It was completely inedible. I'm very disappointed as I have never had a problem with Marco's and we frequently order from this store but never again. I will be ordering from a different location from now on.

Used to come to Marcos a lot it was my family's favorite pizza place but it has gone downhill. I'm not the type to complain but it's been multiple times this month that either my family or friends in the neighborhood have had a bad experience. Many don't seem that they know what they're doing. Food was cold when I got it. Service is horrible. Just a bunch of guys (some looked high or on something) having inappropriate conversations and vaping in store. What happened to common courtesy?? Very disappointed in how the quality of my once favorite pizza place. do better

Staff can’t tell you anything about the app & loyalty rewards.. App messed up & couldn’t get my $10.00 coupon off the app.. The people there barely spoke English, they looked as if they understood nothing to what I was saying… I blame corporate bc there should be a manager fluent in languages of the customer & the staff so communication can be easier! The pizza is always good & cooked timely.. The store seems dark & dirty looking, not appealing at all!

5 minutes away from this place. If you enjoy the insult of paying for a steak and cheese sandwich that is cold, with bread that is so soggy it's like it was dipped in cold water 3 out of 5 meals then this Marco's is for you.
