Second time placing online order for delivery. Both times extremely disappointed. Both orders had missing items. First time, none of my combos sides(fries) were included on the delivery. Today again, i had two combos and order 2 extra drinks, not one of them were delivered. Both times, I called the location to complain and was told they could not send a driver to deliver just the fries/cokes and were not able to refund it either . The staff were absolutely amazing here!! They were all very attentive and so helpful, especially Cortez! Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had at a restaurant! I cannot say enough good things about this experience.

Stopped by last night to pick up food. Pre ordered it 45 minutes away with the app saying ready in 15 minutes. Got there and was told sorry short staffed and busy. I waited 45 minutes for my order.
