Our host was friendly but waited 20 minutes for food. Fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. Wings were OK I guess. While eating I look up and see young man in kitchen eating and running hands through his hair...never seen him wash his hands. Needless to say, that was enough for me to never return.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Service was terrible and I waited over an hour for my food. Ended up Requesting a refund instead. I was told to hold on a “minute” in order to get my refund. Then, it took the man 15 more minutes just to come up and tell me I would get a refund in 3-5 business days.

Stopped by last night to pick up food. Pre ordered it 45 minutes away with the app saying ready in 15 minutes. Got there and was told sorry short staffed and busy. I waited 45 minutes for my order. So in total after the order wasn placed it was 1.5 hrs. And yes I know it was valentine's day.While waiting I watched an employee walk in got asked to help he said nope. Went to back to do something and then proceeded to make food for himself and walk out with food. Manager totally ok with this.Meanwhile they were telling people you have an hour wait for food as they walked in.I heard the manager tell the lady that was working the front area. Don't take any more togo orders I need a break.This wingstop is always slow to deliver fast food. And the floors are always slick to the point of sliding over them.Go to a different wingstop and they get it done.
Order was placed on Super Bowl Sunday and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. Super happy with them. Great job.

Second time placing online order for delivery. Both times extremely disappointed. Both orders had missing items. First time, none of my combos sides(fries) were included on the delivery. Today again, i had two combos and order 2 extra drinks, not one of them were delivered. Both times, I called the location to complain and was told they could not send a driver to deliver just the fries/cokes and were not able to refund it either . The only option I was given was to stop by and get the items .The food that was delivered was as expected though.

The staff were absolutely amazing here!! They were all very attentive and so helpful, especially Cortez! Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had at a restaurant! I cannot say enough good things about this experience.
