This is an old rundown joint that has the most amazing food that I have had in a very long time. Believe me, if I were to pass through here again, we would be stopping for this amazing food.
Excellent food, authentic people, and a real old school vibe. Everything on the menu is worth trying. Centuries old recipes come alive at this remnant of a thriving town. Its a great area to explore, and yes, I believe the sweet potato pie is one of the best anywhere. Its actually worth the visit just for that creamy, lemony, perfect goodness!!!

Best food around. Need to try the fried green tomatoes. The best one I have ever had.
