I want to give a 5 * thank you to area Supervisor Frank Sua and to Manager Yolanda Acosta at the Pearl Ridge Dunkin Store.We visit my wife's family in Aiea every year. We will be certain to shop at this Dunkin.We had an issue that Mr. Sua immediately read, and addressed. I went to see Store Manager Ms. Acosta, and she worked with us to resolve the issue. You could not ask for more. Thank you to these good folks at Dunkin... much appreciated.

Donuts are decent here, but taste more like they have been baked in an air fryer than dropped into hot oil. Not much of a selection and nothing I've ever gotten has made me go "Wow" It used to be the only donut shop in this area, but now there are more better choices. I won't be back

Visited Dunkin Donuts at Pearlridge mall for some jelly filled munchkins! The store was clean and well lit. The trays were full of choices and the counter person smiled but clearly wanted me to hurry up with my choices lol. I picked up a mix of 10 munchkins (powdered sugar, chocolate and jelly filled) for a later snack.

This one girl MIKA was so rude a disrespectful she literally ripped my hair out and spit in my breakfast taco. She is mentally ill and needs to be put in an old folks home!!!!

Boy do i love me some good Dunkins' mini breakfast!!!I love coming here especially when the ambience is just very calm. It's a nice go-to area for a small snack and a drink. I ordered their jelly donuts, their classic, and blue berry. I can't recall their bundles but it's definitely worth it for groups! Maybe 10-12 pieces of their mini donuts for $5-7 dollars. I also got their stuffed mini bagels, their maple bacon, and their delicious seasoned hash browns. It's seriously the cream filled bagel, the enhanced maple on the bacon, and the extra flavors of the seasoning that they use on the hash browns. Super good!!!!!!

I love the cream filled donuts. Sometimes I get there later in the day and they are sold out of the cleanM filled I nest.
I love Dunkin'. I prefer them over Starbucks, but Tim Horton's will always be my fave. I wonder if they'll ever make it out to Hawaii, lol. Back to the review...this location doesn't seem to have too many donuts. I came around noon and they were already short. Maybe they get deliveries throughout the day? They had one apple fritter left and I snatched that up. That's my favorite donut. Sometimes, I'll also get the Boston Kreme and glazed donut holes.Their nitro cold brews and iced signature lattes is what I order most of the time.

Cashier in the mornings is very rude and cold. I asked multiple questions about a deal that allows you to buy a coffee and get a discount on a meal item. I order thinking I am getting the deal only to find out that I did not select the right items. The cashier made me think I am getting the deal only to find out I did not. Manager just tells me oops sorry. Food is good, atmosphere is good. The management and especially the cashier need to be replaced.

Mid donuts. Honestly their plain glazed/cake donuts are the best ones, I don’t like how their creams and specialty glazes taste. The price isn’t even that great. You can find better tasting and cheaper donuts at pretty much any grocery store.
