My go-to Shabushabu place, just be aware of what time you go and how busy it is in the restaurant as that can really affect your experience and service. But overall its always a good time and the produce/meats are fresh.Definitely try their calamari appetizer. Its simple but very delicious with the sauce!

Idk what it is but I had the best hot pot time here. The conveyor belt is nice and big and there’s no shortage of items.

Good food overall, no complaints. Service was friendly and quick. There were three workers in the front total today around 3 pm on a Saturday but it seemed like only the older male waiter was actively working. The other two stood around with their phones at the register avoiding any eye contact because god forbid...customer wants something at a self-serve AYCE. Anyways, older male waiter tried to push 50% apps on all tables...wondering if this unadvertised special is actually regular price given the other reviews. Nice marketing tactic. Only biggest complaint/tip is watch the server when they bring you the tablet for payment. The older male server added on a 20% tip by pressing the button himself. Kind of turned off by the fact he tipped himself 20% essentially and forced my mom into an awkward payment situation. Curious what would happen if you paid cash...was he planning on pocketing the change if it was over 20%? Probably not coming back again based on the self tip and duress payment.

Aside from the part that it's hotpot and hotpot speaks for itself, the service is distasteful with very rude employees. It starts off with the hostess in the front who just asked how many and then walked off without saying anything else leaving us to figure out for ourselves what was happening. I had 3 kids with me and the kids didn't want to order and it felt as though the server didn't want them in the establishment if they were not gonna eat. Sure sir, I will send my kids out to fend for themselves in the mall as if there are no predators out there.

Brought friends here for lunch today and everything was very good. We didn't have a reservation but were seated quickly. The broth and food are both delicious. Seafood and meat are all you can eat, and $34.99 is really a great deal. Their service is very nice!

Okay, so I usually NEVER write reviews, but this an exception. If I could give this place 0 stars, hell, even negative stars I would. First off, this place is ridiculously expensive, even in this economy. Like, 34.99 per person?!?! Crap, I might as well sell my organs on the black market to afford this place! And, don't even get me started on the service. The WORST service in my entire lifetime. Waiter was practically yelling in our faces when my party wasn't even acting that difficult. Plus, he only helped a handful of people before leaving and took a while to get back to our table. Nearing 30 minute mark he acted all whiny, childish, and annoyed an unnecessary amount. Complaining when we wanted more water and napkins. When he delivered the goods, he just gave all of it when we only wanted 1 water and 5 napkins.

Went here for the first time, and i wanted some thing different as opposed to your regular miso broth and basic broth so I got the coconut curry chicken broth..... it was watered down and I basically had to keep adding sesame sauce to it to bring any kind of flavor and by the end of it all, I basically had sesame soup and not coconut curry chicken. It smelled really good but there was no flavor. As for that, my table never really got any water refills (wasn't sure if we had to ask). Our table never got checked on UNTIL it was time to pay the bill and which, the man kept hovering over our table to see if the bill was paid and as soon as the bill got handed over to him, he stood at our table and checked for the tip. The meat and noodle choices were good. Would try again to give it a second chance. I just do not recommend the coconut chicken broth.

The food was tasty and it was delivired by a toy truck. The waiters were kind and spoke enough English for me to understand, the you truck was great, and there was a TV with high school football playing. We were surrounded by conveyors and the environment was amazing. Music was EDM I would love to go here again.

We went here for a family date night. Such an amazing experience. My kids really enjoyed themselves; especially with having their own individual pots.Vegan friendly a must for us. They had different options.Pricey, but it is all you can it. We ate so much and left super full.Highly recommend.
