Good food overall, no complaints. Service was friendly and quick. There were three workers in the front total today around 3 pm on a Saturday but it seemed like only the older male waiter was actively working. The other two stood around with their phones at the register avoiding any eye contact because god forbid...customer wants something at a self-serve AYCE. Brought friends here for lunch today and everything was very good. We didn't have a reservation but were seated quickly. The broth and food are both delicious. Seafood and meat are all you can eat, and $34.99 is really a great deal. Their service is very nice！

My go-to Shabushabu place, just be aware of what time you go and how busy it is in the restaurant as that can really affect your experience and service. But overall its always a good time and the produce/meats are fresh.Definitely try their calamari appetizer. Its simple but very delicious with the sauce!
