Food truck in the Pearlridge parking lot had some really good Birria tacos. On the smaller side and kind of pricey but was delicious.

Yummy birria tacos! There's never a line and service is fast. Hellfire was FIRE!!! Too spicy for me and I consider my spice tolerance pretty high. The tacos are always fresh & flavorful nonetheless. Reasonably priced at $12 for 3 tacos.

Terrible. The guy helping is so rude. Like I am a burden to help. Answer questions nicely. I can't believe the out right rudeness to questions like I should know the answer to them. The broth is shitty. Not flavorful at all. Not crispy tacos. Saimin doesn't taste good. Also not much cilantro or onion in tacos. Spend your $ somewhere else

Didn't know what to eat for lunch and my sister suggested we get birria tacos from this food truck. I've had birria tacos in the past but not from this food truck. We came at around 12:45pm there were about 3 groups in front of us. Line went by pretty fast. We both got the birria tacos 3 pack with consommé no cilantro. It looked so appetizing. The tacos were pretty crunchy and the meat was tender and each bite tasted so good with the consommé. The soup was very seasoned and delicious, I drank the rest of it after eating my tacos. If you wanted to, you could get noodles for it. Service is good, the employees were nice. Would come back again.

First time coming here and I was waiting at the window with no one in line and the lady finally turns around and doesn't greet me and instead looks irritated and says give us 10 minutes. My first and last time I will ever come here

Finding this place was hard. Apple Maps and google maps take you to uptown. Which is wrong. Go to downtown by the Leonard's food truck. There are meat options. The ghost pepper tacos had my nephews mouth on fire. The server asked if he needed something to drink when putting in his order, but we had water. I'm vegetarian, so I didn't eat anything here. There are other food trucks that offer vegetarian options if you are in this dilemma. I would recommend adding a vegetarian option so more folks can eat here.

TLDR: Food truck, bomb tacos, Jamaica on tap, fast service. This place is like crack! I can't get enough of it of their birria! My wife and I usually order their 12-pack tacos, which are delicious! If you've ever been to LA or Long Beach, and you're looking for tacos that are the closest to what they have up there, then you have to eat here at La Birria! They are in the lower parking lot of Pearlridge Downtown by Leonards Malasadas. Look for the bright yellow food truck! Outdoor seating is available near the food truck, which is open to everyone. They've recently added Birria Saimin, but every time I try to go there to order some, they always run out. So be sure to get there early to get some! Telling you, it's that good. I think the chef's food is so good, if they would add or start another food truck that served asada, pollo, pastor, chorizo tacos, gringas, burritos, and have a self-serving station with white onion, sliced radish, lime, and hot sauces, and open late, that would be game changing on ʻOahu! Just wishing, here lol.

This is a taco truck right off Kamehameha Highway on the bottom backside of the Pearlridge mall. Birria meat in a soft shell taco that seems to be fried. $12 for 3 queso and birria meat tacos. They also offer 2 Hot AF birria tacos for $12 that are (pardon my French) HOT AF! I love spicy food and this taco takes the cake. One bite, sweat is dripping from the brows, second bite your questioning your judgement to continue, third bite and your wondering if this is doing some damage to the digestive system. Thank God that I also sampled the regular tacos to chase down the heat. The spice is from Ghost Pepper and wow it is hot. A dare to those who enjoy spice. I returned several days later to try again. 4 star tacos for sure.

It's been awhile since I've had Birria tacos so made a return visit and it was once again great with crunchy shell, meat, cheese and broth. The food came out very quick, before they even finished asking for my name! The only problem is I can eat more than 3 but that would be an expensive meal to order double haha. Next time I have to add saimin or get a side. For most people though the three tacos would be enough!

The best Birria tacos on island... get the pickled jalapeños if u need a littke heat.. The meat is loaded on the taco and has so much flavor. Hands down, the best.

Best birria tacos I've tried! I didn't believe the hype until I finally tried it. The tacos are crunchy, the flavors are poppin, and they're just overall satisfying! The location is great too. Ample parking and many trees so you can it em fresh in your car. Just wish they had a 5 pack!

I got the Birria Queso pack($12) it comes with 3 pcs tacos & consommé. The taco shells were a bit crunchy & fully seasoned, packed with very tender & delicious meat, just enough amount of cilantro & onions and perfectly melted cheese. Service is fast and easy. I went on a Wednesday around 1:30 pm and there was only 1 person ahead of me. Overall, they have the best birria tacos on Oahu imo.
