“4 starts off you order the right thing, and 3 or 3.5 if you order randomly. I got the Hawaiian D and the meat with seaweed salad for the side and it was okay. The first time I got one with sauce, I think Shoyu & Sesame but it was too salty. Pricier than the supermarket but similar quality. Really nice folks working there, super friendly, and the place has a nice vibe.“

“We just got back from 4 weeks in Texas and stumbled on this place while on vacation. This place is on the same level as the best bbq in Texas. The brisket was incredible and so tender, the Mac and cheese is a must, best cornbread I’ve ever had, and the mac salad was pretty good too. I highly recommend fitting this place into your trip, soo good!“

“Very unassuming place, delicious food and nice staff, looks like it's family run. We got vegetable chowmein, salt and pepper wings, chicken mix and onion rings. The food was fresh and tasty. Very good prices compared to Kona and the island....bigly portions ?“

“Tom is a stand up guy. Personable, and informative. I walked in with a Bostonian "Hey, ahh, what's the deal with this that and the other thing?" Kind of questioning and he gave me the answers I was looking for. Gave me a big fat bowl of pulled pork and rice to boot. It was worth every penny and I'll likely make it a regular stop. Good people, good food, no complaints.“
