I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The masala dosa was really good and authentic. The korma tasted great tooThe only downside was the portion size was smaller compared to mainland but I would definitely visit againPS: the samosas n the imli chutney was great too
During our relaxing vacation in Maui, we came across Satarang, an Indian food truck. It was a pleasant surprise to find South Indian cuisine in the area. The food was tasty, but the truck was quite busy. We advise against going during late hours as the food tends to run out quickly. Unfortunately, we missed out on it twice. Nonetheless, we recommend trying the Dosa and Sambar.

Good food. Slow service. Food truck was run by a single person. It was in a food truck park with a bunch of other options nearby. We had lunch here.Masala dosa was great. Chutney was just raw coconut. The vegetable korma was great too. Small portions for the price.
