Very unique, modern with quick service. You can even control how long you want to eat 30 minutes or 3 hours :)The menu is thru QR code and you order when you want and you get you check when you are ready. Interesting experience. Clean.Fresh and tasty sushi and it was inexpensive.It was my first experience with this kind of service.
Check in sucks, we were told when we walked in that we would be #2 on waitlist, by the time we figured out the check in process, we were # 5 on the waitlist, they need to figure out something better

First off the Genki portions are ridiculously small. I ordered Ahi poke and tuna salad, sushi, and it was very very minimal product on their rice. Went there there was no one in line. There was at least four boots available yet. We still had to wait 12 minutes to be seated, the staff there is friendly. The ordering on the app was fine just that it's not worth your money. Surely will not come here ever again.

I must admit, I was a little apprehensive after reading the recent reviews of this place. However, I'm pleased to report that I didn't find any roaches or hair in or on my food. Ordered a wide array of items and there were no issues. Food tasted the same as other Genki restaurants. Please note: They do not use the IPad / tablet for ordering anymore. You must use your phone by scanning the QR code or ask for menus. ***press button for service; to order, need refills, etc. The only negative was that the server didn't thank me upon leaving.
The website didn’t work, the sushi was mediocre, the miso soup was too salty, you have to do everything yourself, and on top of everything it was super overpriced. I don’t understand why it says “Hawaii’s Best” in the doorway.

I've never had expectations of the food. But this time they were out of more than 6 food items and no chopsticks. And not paper towels in the restrooms. Also we had to wait at least 30 minutes to get our food.
