Whenever we fly to Hilo there are a few places we must visit before leaving. This is one of them. I'm glad that there are smaller regular size loaves of rainbow bread which make it easier to take omiyage on the plane than the very long ones before. When you cut into the bread you can see the pretty colors. The bread we brought back was way softer than what we got last April. Must try their famous Rainbow Bread. If you're flying out today, don't forget to grab a to go box filled with breads, shortbread cookies, and other bake goods.They will happily pack it for you. Nice locally owned business.

The bread is so delicious and so is the cookies. I had to go back in 1 week to buy the bread and cookies with my sister in law. We will try to make it back in December 2024 to buy cookies for gifts for Christmas.
