It’s hard to say more about Two Ladies Kitchen in Hilo than what’s already been said. The mochi is good and the service you get for the most part is good (it depends sometimes though on time of day and exactly who is helping you). It’s the best mochi shop in Hilo. Really great mochi. Ordered a variety of 8 traditional mochi, and they were the freshest and best ones I've had outside of Japan. They used to be cash only, but they seem to take credit cards now ?
