Panchos food is thee best Mexican authentic food in Hawaii. I’m so glad I found the truck about 6 months ago because n Pahoa, where my swimming buddies meet up on Tuesday or Wednesday for church.Vegetarian options: I’m not a vegetarian but what they offer and what I’ve seen looks delicious.
