The last two times I've DoorDashed food from this subway.. my sandwhich was never made right. Last time they forgot my avocado when I paid for it and this time they forgot my lettuce, onions and jalapeños . They are truly giving me a half ass sandwhich and I need to see better results.

Absolutely love the sandwiches, one of the few places that still make their food with large portions. One of the day time managers is rude other than her poor attitude the workers are friendly and efficient. Note: tables and floors very clean! BEST SANDWICH EVER! ELLAPrepared my sandwich so perfectly. I ordered the ALL AMERICAN SUB FOOTLONG with all the trimmings! She put just the right amount of mayo and honey mustard and my sandwich tasted just as good as it looked! It didn't even fall apart ?? I'll def be coming back! Thank you Ella!

Horrible experience. Three people were there. Two were in the back “working on cookies”. It took 15 minutes for one lady to cut, wrap and ring up a family. Nobody acknowledged me and when they finally did they said I was impatient because I didn’t want to wait 15 for a soda. Then the worker Raven got extra with me and threatened assault. Of course I told her if she wants these hands to come right on outside. Then she told me to leave before I had a chance to fill my drink up. I told her unless she wants to give me a refund she needs to wait. She continued to run her mouth until I left. Great team!!

beware!!! don't be surprised if you get noticibly less meat in the sandwiches you buy. the franchise owner ordered all managers and employees to use less meat in their sandwiches otherwise they will lose all their bonus pay incentives. is this the same owner that owned the lanikaula street location that closed down? Honestly if you never ate at a mainland Subway that actually adhere to Subway corporate franchise rules you would never know Hawaii Subways use less meat because we been ripped off all our lives and are used to the skimpy portions.
