This place has the BEST Pho I have had in years. Even when I reheated it for left overs, it was still delicious. Come here and get some food! The portions are large and the prices are great!

Delicious! A great find. Owner is super friendly. Items are premade buffet style and you can select what you would like. He got there a bit after the lunch rush so some items had already sold out but they did have daily specials not listed on their menu. It was nice to get some of my favorites that I have not had in a while vegan. Most items had a bit of a kick in spice, which I loved my husband not so much, lol. I got the four item lunch plate and it amazing if we are back in that area I will definitely stop by again and highly recommend regardless of vegan or not for a quick reasonably priced meal that is quick.Vegetarian options: Everything is veganDietary restrictions: All vegan

Absolutely delicious food! I've even brought non vegans here and they love it as well. So grateful to Chris for being such a talented Vietnamese chef (with a vegan twist). I like dining in. They have reasonable prices, generous portions, and great food. I honestly come here often.
My wife and I split a banh mi and the summer rolls. Was perfect. Fresh, quick and tasty. $20 all in. Wish I lived down the street from a place like this.

This was an absolutely perfect lunch experience from start to finish. There was plenty of parking outside, ordering was easy, lots of seating available, the food was made and ready in just a few minutes, and the staff were super friendly.I ordered the Pumpkin Curry, which was literally the best curry I've ever had. It was warm, full of flavor, with perfectly cooked potatoes/tofu/chickpeas, and something I could eat every single day. The Spring Rolls and their homemade Sriracha sauce were incredible too.The best part being all the food is vegan! If you're ever in Hilo, this is a must try.
