We’ve been buying their bread since they first began. Best sourdough around. They use organic flour, which is important to us. We love that they use rye in some of their breads, gives it a lovely tang.. I make pizza with their sourdough pizza dough. Their pastries are amazing too.
The croissant is like in France, no kidding. I also loved the sourdough seed bread. My banana bread is better, but I liked that they used spelt in theirs. They open to the public 1 day a week, Wednesday at 2:00. Be late and you go hungry! Now I have to keep track of the day of week…
