“Food and service was awesome. I can't stand burritos that are full of rice or potatoes. This isn't one of those. The hangover burrito was awesome! We also had the the B.E.A.S.T. and the croissant French toast. They were all amazing!“
“I went to a juice shop that I was interested in after hearing about it from a friend♪A juice shop...or rather a fruit shop? ?In addition to fruits, there are bottles like grandma's pickled plum juice, as well as all sorts of mysterious dried fruits, but juice seems to be overwhelmingly popular. The inside of the store isn't very large, but there are several people in line, and while you're in line, the person in front of you will give you a sample of the leftover drink you ordered in a small cup ❤︎They let me try it three times before it was my turn (lol)I ordered Power Green and my friend ordered Ginger Lemon Honey & Mint. When I asked about the difference, I was told that Power Green has the sweetness of mango and pineapple, while Ginger Lemon has the sweetness of honey. As a result, I liked the Ginger Lemon that my friend ordered, and she liked my Power Green? Both of these two have quite a Ginger effect.I'm a big fan of Ginger, so I'm happy about it, but my friend found it a little too strong. You can also adjust the amount of ginger when ordering. It looks like there are many other flavors to enjoy, so I'd like to come back a few times and try other juices ❤︎...While I say that, I always end up ordering only the things I like...?There are two sizes: small ($7) and large ($10), and the small one has plenty of volume, but if you bring a large jar , you'll get a $3 discount, making it the same price as the large one! !Next time I’m very excited to buy a jar ✨And when it comes to paying, it's better to pay in cash??Card fees will be charged for card payments. The staff are very nice and it's close to my home, so I think this will be my favorite.“
“A very cute cafe with a nice mix of different flavored drinks! Super cozy and I can see myself definitely being able to get some work done. The service was nice and answered all the questions I had for them. The drink itself tasted nice but I got a normal drink. I'll definitely try a different drink next time.“
“Food here was great!!!! so many options it was hard to choose one, I got the green onion pancake with provolone and bacon which was delicious. Also have to try the vanilla bean blended it was sooooooo good! Kevin was a great waiter, so nice and attentive!!Parking: Lots of spots“
“Best breakfast spot around! There's a small self seating area with shade and the food is incredible! My scramble was delicious, my vegan husband was able to easily order off the menu, and my mom said it was the best omelet she's ever had!“
“Amazing good service nice people, the donuts are to die for and you can watch them make them fresh for you. Really chill ambiance, relaxing and delicious. If you are visiting must visit, we live here and come regularly. Good prices as well.“
“I have been here several times over the past year for "high tea." It is always amazing, from the food & service to the beautiful ocean and courtyard views. We celebrated our anniversary with friend from out of state and everything was wonderful. We all chose the Moana Classic Tea with finger sandwiches, sweet offerings, tropical sorbet and tea (we each chose a different flavor). A few of my favorites (this time) were the Ratatouille Tart and the Smoked Salmon Mousse Blini, but I really enjoyed them all.Our friend has a food allergy and our server was very accommodating. He made other suggestions to some of the sandwiches and all of the "exchanges" were fabulous. Each time we have been, the menu has changed, although most of the tea's are the same flavors (only 2 or 3 have changed). The quality of the food is the same (5 stars)I would definitely suggest Moana Surfer Rider - The Veranda at the Beachhouse for all of your special occasions.Parking: The Valet parking is free with validation of "High Tea" service. Otherwise, there is parking across the street at International Market Place garage (I am not sure what the current rates are).“
“Aussies in Waikikki rejoice! You can get real coffee here! It's the best you'll find locally, thank you to all staff who made us feel welcome today and satisfied our caffeine craving! We found you late in our visit but so glad we did! Your pastries and atmosphere & aesthetic is divine too! Keep up the Awesome stuff , us Aussies send you love ❤️ ?“
“Came here for lunch on a weekday. It was bustling but efficient.I got the club sandwich and I have to say, pretty damned tasty!! I love a good club sandwich. This had fresh tomatoes, fresh soft avocado, nice meats, and the bacon was perfect with just the right amount of crunch. The bagel it came on was delicious as well. It came with a tiny salad which had very fresh greens.I'd come back here in an instant! The place is kept spotless and service was friendly and professional.“
“This is the cutest local coffee shop I've been to. We went to Ctown on Easter for supplies and stopped by this cute coffee shop for some caffeine. The mr said he sometimes comes here to work while having his coffee. I ordered a cold americano and w oatmilk and it did not disappoint. If I am in the area I will definitely return. I just wished they had one in Manoa. Hint hint. Support local.“
“A wonderful place! The cats are very well cared for and loved, the staff is just fantastic. We adopted a lovely older cat named Jolene and she has been a wonderful addition to our ohana. She was a little shy at first, but quickly warmed up and has become very playful and affectionate with us. That speaks to how well-cared-for she was. We would have never found her if not for the people at Popoki and Tea cat cafe.. And local broadcaster KGMB for featuring them. Her adoption fee was $0 because someone had already donated to pay for her adoption, so in turn we paid the adoption fees for another cat that needs a loving home. A few of the cats there are available with no adoption fee so if you're interested and money, is a concern this is a good option.“
“My favorite place to get coffee! Cute little shop with welcoming workers who are very kind and efficient. This shop also has a cute outdoor seating area. Every coffee shop I go to, I always try the iced mocha but nothing compares to bean about town's iced mocha! I don't know what's in it but it's so addicting“
“Kona is just not good and here they have coffee from regions like Costa Rica, Brazil, etc that are actually good. I got a pour over and it was fantastic. Great service and very comfy seating. One of the few craft coffee shops on the entire island.“
“Order = 1 iced Lavender Latte 12 oz + 1 hot Lavender latte 16 oz.So tasty we lacked the time for a photo.Feeling satisfied and energized. Music selection was on point for the vibes.Staff were kind and pleasant to interact with.Loved that are open at 630am.“
“A great combo of a Cafe that serves food, drinks, and desserts and attached to a climbing facility, yoga studio. I highly recommend stopping by and eating at this cafe. The service was fast and friendly and the climbing wall area was fun for the entire family.“
“This place is a tiny little shack in a parking lot and it really packs a punch. We parked at the Taco Bell and walked to it. The girl working was super nice and told us about what was in the drinks. I got the coconut cloud chai which has some spiciness but more as an after flavor. The coconut cream is super yummy. My husband got a vanilla bean and brown sugar latte and it was great. Defiantly recommend going here.“
“Passed this place by for months because I didn’t care for the “pro-Jesus” Bible thumping verse on the window outside but decided to overlook that this morning to see if it was as cute inside as it was outside and boy what an experience! Except for the Christian smut this place is a feast for the eyes and cute as HELL! Very cutesy but tastefully Sanrio/Harajuku oriented literally from top to bottom. My wallet was opening up all by itself. But on top of that the young man that took my order, after patiently waiting for me to finish taking pictures and videos was thoughtful, sweet, thorough and friendly. My mocha was spot on and although my orange cranberry scone was more biscuity than sconey there were a ton of other items on my list to try next time around including vegan options. What made this place stand out, though, was KINDNESS! There was an older, barefoot, unkempt man in a hospital gown that came into the store and ordered a coffee to go. He had trouble speaking and trouble walking but the young man took his order, served him and then came out to the door and opened it for him so he could walk out easily. When the same man came in later for a second cup of coffee the young man’s friend, who was also a customer, took note and got up and opened the door for him. THAT’s aloha! Put me to shame - I was kind of scared of that man. But those young people showed compassion and aloha. I love it and I’ll be back!“
“Food wise they really deserve five star, best açaí bowl for me in Honolulu. However customer service first time they deserve a one star, stand there for five minutes, two staff a lady and a guy just talking to each other, no one wants takes the order.. I was shocked. Second time I went back for the food, the guy was super nice. I guess it depends on who’s working, but still, the first time experience was not something I would like to experience.“
“You can enjoy a delicious, piping hot breakfast (so you have to wait about 15 minutes after ordering). The cost performance is also great. The main box and French toast are delicious, but the malasada (fried bread similar to Okinawan donuts) that you can eat for $2 each is also delicious and comes out quickly, so I recommend it.There is no parking lot, but you can park on the street nearby.“
“A friend of mine who is from the area said this is a must stop for the best açaí bowl on the island. So I had to try it. And he was right. The Tropical Tribe Bowl with the tropical topping and bee pollen was the way to go. It truly was the perfect bowl and everything about it was tasty. Plus, you can sit outside and soak in the beach vibes and watch the sunset. A solid experience overall and a place I recommend you visit.“
“Lovely friendly staff!.. great coffee and food..We stopped in here several times during a week in Honolulu and were always greeted with warm hospitality. The space is bright and clean, with a cool mural.. the vibe is just a little “corporate” but in a local small business kinda way, so it works..Definitely recommend.“
“Love the food and drinks here, very flavorful and good portions. The food does take a while to get to you even during their slower part of the day so make sure to get a cookie while you wait if you’re very hungry, their baked goods are also excellent. It is very noisy with the street traffic, I wish they would close the door.“
“After hiking Moana Falls, hubby and I needed some coffee. Saw this spot on Yelp and was rated well and I wanted to see why. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman and he talked to us about how they make their own unsweetened organic almond milk (which is not the norm at coffee spots!). Ordered 2 iced lattes with almond milk (extra charge for that) and a lilikoi bar. Almond milk was nice and creamy in the latte and the coffee itself was strong. Lilikoi bar was pretty tasty. I would recommend coming here to support this local business!“
“Love the green goddess salad. Usually get it with the tomato soup. Service was fast and friendly. Someone on the staff was having trouble with the remote control window shades, which are essential during the sunset hour. They kept going up and down which was a little distracting. This place can get a little noisy when there are large groups or families, due to the floor to ceiling windows, but otherwise, it's one of my go-to places for reliable service and delicious food.“
“Was early for Dr's appointments this morning and went on a search for a coffee place near by and found this little gem!Got the hazelnut latte for Mom,which she absolutely loved, and a yummy caramel macchiato for myself.Amazing customer service, got our drinks quickly and great prices! Will definitely drop by again for another coffee fix next appointment in town.Parking: It is a busy parking lot but we found a spot fairly quickly.“
“I visited around 9:00 in the morning. At first, the seats were full and there was a long line at the register, but as time passed, the seats became empty.I ordered an Americano and an acai ball. The coffee was flavorful and delicious. The acai bowl is hearty and topped with ice cream and fruit. It's a little expensive for breakfast, but I was satisfied. The clerk was very kind, and when I asked in my poor English if it was possible to make it decaf, she happily replied that of course it could be done.“
“While at port, we stopped by this cute little place for our first cup of coffee of the day. We were greeted with a friendly smile! We ordered 2 cold brews and an ube bread. The flavor of the cold brew was fantastic, with a nice smooth flavor. The ube bread was recommended by the staff, so we gave it a try, it was also really good, highly recommend it! The ambiance of the spot was very mellow and laid back. The little birds were a sweet sight to watch while enjoying or coffee and treat. (The Lego Ukulele in the photo is ours)“
“Got the ube smoothie drink. Very unique taste, definitely using real ingredients, not powdered base drink. Do note that substitute oat milk instead of regular milk is $1.50 which a bit pricey. Also added boba with great taste! Drink came out to almost $10.42 but worth the price. Definitely recommended to try it out yourself.“
“Elvin’s Bakery is my favorite bakery in town. I love everything here, especially their cakes. They have a variety of cakes to choose from. Whenever I need a cake for special occasion like birthday, anniversary or retirement, I always get my cake from Elvin’s. They also sell other pastries besides cakes.“
“Definitely try their signature drinks! The Nero Aroma is blackberry coco mocha, which was delicious - who knew you could mix blackberry and coffee? We also tried the raspberry white coco mocha, but found the flavor was a lot more muted. So if you want something more low-key, the Aroma Amore might be a better option! The Coco Choco is coconut chocolate mocha was also delicious iced“
“Being from Pacific NW area, I don't usually drink coffee as many do, but if I do, I order a decaf..ho hum...I asked the barista what her favorite specialty drink on the menu was, and she said the Honey Cinnamon Latte, which I would never have chosen on my own but asked for it with almond milk. It was the BEST coffee I've ever had! My sister had the best Caffè macchiato she's ever had, so we went back each morning for the same with their fresh baked banana bread and the WeedWhacker juice with added apple- Thank you Daisy Cafe staff-Amazing way to start the day!“
“Great local coffee shop that acts as a gathering place for the community. Staff is always pleasant. They are helpful to make sure your order is exactly as you’d like. The coffee is sourced from small roasters. Tea is by Rishi. The cookies are excellent. The red miso cookie is incredible and a must try. Every time I have been here, it has been busy. However, the staff does a great job of getting quality products out quickly. When I go to Kaimuki this is a must stop.“
“I think my whole life is a lesson. I was a abused as a child in blandina and colonial, my photos in chief joseph are proof. I told kati at new seasons (the first person i ever opened up) she looked at me like a gost or as the goya my mexican grandmother a weara with no soul. Roses are not from portland, oregon. I dont believe in heroes, and I don't believe in hereos because I had to endure my parents abuse and the abuse of the jehovahs witness religion. Tribe is and culture. I hate tree man, but i can say is i learned from him remember who you are and where you come from, so your roots. Your roots are key. Even in my culture aztec and myan culture, dont get lost in the spanish ways“
“I came here for a quick drink before snorkeling, and I must say, I was impressed. I'm usually not a fan of smoothies as the base for boba, but this was the exception. The boba was nice and soft so it didn't get hard from the temperature. I got the strawberry taro smoothie, my sister got the durian smoothie w/o boba, and my mom got Vietnamese iced coffee. We all thoroughly enjoyed the drinks. They used real fruit to make the smoothies which is rare for a boba place, the prices were very low, and the coffee is flavorful. Definitely recommend.“
“We came in looking for some CBD/THC products, and Amy went above and beyond with explaining each of the products she recommended based on our needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were super impressed, and so far we LOVE one of the products she guided us to. Thank you again Amy! We’ll be back before we leave the island.“
“My family stayed at the Hawaiian Hilton for a weekend, we walked by this shop a few times, the line was always long. On our last day, there was no line so we decided to grab coffee. As we walked in, the staff seemed busy making coffee for other customers. There were no greetings as we waited. We eventually ordered, chai latte, expresso, and the kids wanted to try the chocolate chip cookies. We received the chai latte and expresso, then waited and waited but no cookie. I finally went back to the counter after 10 minutes and asked for the cookie. The shop got busy so most likely they forgot about the cookie. Nonetheless, we drank the latte and expresso, both were good. My husband liked his expresso, he said it was better than Starbucks. I enjoyed my latte but I will stick with Starbucks. The cookie was amazing though, we decided to get more, plus the rainbow sugar cookie. All were delicious.“
“All good things. Pour over was good. All the food we had was great. They recommended the breakfast sandwich and it didn't disappoint - very filling. My kids had the Maffle and cinnamon bread thingy. I thought the cinnamon bread was more like a French toast, turns out it was more of a cinnamon roll - good but I would try something else next time. The maffle was the better of the two - it had a good crunch and very tasty with the ube syrup thing. Just wish we had sat in the courtyard to eat vs inside the shop. Next time!“
“Super fresh and delightful food from Bella Banh Mi Cafe! I can honestly say that this is the best banh mi I have ever had and I have had a lot of banh mis in my lifetime! I loved the smoked flavor to the meats. They give more insides than bread or wrapper, which is hard to come by these days. They put generous amounts of cucumber, carrots, and Chinese parsley in my sandwich and I enjoyed every last bite! The bread was perfect - flaky with lots of crunch. The summer rolls filled with bbq pork had that great charbroiled taste too and they did not skimp on the meat. The homemade peanut dipping sauce was perfection! This was a delicious and filling lunch! I simply cannot wait to come back!“
“"Indulge your senses at Island Vintage, where the perfect blend of exceptional coffee and delicious fare awaits! From the moment you enter, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air, inviting you to embark on a culinary journey like no other. The café's cozy atmosphere provides the ideal setting to unwind and savor every sip and bite. The coffee selection is superb, with expertly crafted lattes, cappuccinos, and pour-overs that showcase the flavor of premium Kona coffee. Pair your coffee with one of the delectable dishes on offer - my favorite is the Vegan Scramble or Taro Bagel with Ube Cream Cheese- and you're in for a treat. From hearty breakfast dishes to gourmet sandwiches and salads bursting with fresh ingredients, there's something to satisfy every craving. What's truly remarkable is the attention to detail in both the coffee and food—each dish is lovingly prepared with care, resulting in a symphony of flavors that will delight even the most discerning palate. Whether you're a dedicated omnivore, vegetarian, veganor simply looking for a cozy café to enjoy great coffee and wholesome food, Island Vintage is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Don't miss out on this unforgettable dining experience!"Vegetarian options: Menu has a great Vegan selection??“
“I've been wanting to try the soufflé pancake with boba and I was finally able to!This came with 3 stacks of the soufflé pancake drizzled in brown sugar, a type of cream, and boba! The pancake is so fluffy, it tasted great with all the sauces and boba. Because everything else is so sweet, I liked how the soufflé pancake wasn't as sweet. I could taste the different sauces and pancakes, and how it complimented each other. I shared this and left feeling full! The soufflé does taste a bit strong in egg, but makes sense as that's how it becomes a soufflé.“
“Such a cute spot that can be hard to find when driving by, but I read the reviews on Yelp and had a heads up so it was not bad. Also, there’s on-site limited parking, which I didn’t know about so I ended up parking at the paid parking lot across the street.I ordered the hot matcha latte with oat milk and no sweetener. I wanted to try it without any additives except just milk and it was still good, with only the taste of matcha, but I do recommend adding a sweetener if you’re used to drinking matcha lattes with a little more flavor. The salt and butter bun was served warm and very buttery (as you can see in my photo) and delicious. It complimented my matcha and I’m glad I got it.There is limited outdoor seating and it was very comfortable and relaxing! Def check this place out for your matcha beverage needs!“
“We had just got off the plane and typed in coffee shops in Google and boy did this place wow us. My partner ordered a cold brew which I usually don’t drink but this one was delicious! A naturally sweet, not too acidic cold brew. So good. Max was the barista and he was great - so friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely come back!“
“Spero Spera is such a nice cafe in the middle of Keeaumoku. It is conveniently located just minutes away from Ala Moana. It is a little tucked away on Young street and is a little unassuming from the outside but this is what makes it a hidden gem. The cafe is very spacious with 2 levels of seatings, perfect for hanging out or studying/working. They have an extensive menu of drinks and sandwiches available all day long, from espresso drinks to non caffeinated beverages. I had the iced matcha latte and the ice cappuccino to try and both very delicious and not too sweet. I also ordered the steak and avocado sandwich to try and im so surprised with the generous portions. You basically get 2 small sandwiches, a side of green salad and potato wedges all for just a little under $14. The staff very so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this cafe!“
“The shop is at the bottom of the hotel, it's pretty small from what I remember, but what a great way to start the day!We tried different pastry shops for malasada, and honestly, they were all really good. Some probably a little better than others, but it's hard to pinpoint a noticeable difference.I think I actually like those more than I like regular donuts. The flavors are different too.“
“I love supporting local businesses and this little shop is so close to my house. The shop is on the main street of Liliha and has cute decals on their windows. The interior is even cuter and gives comfy coffee shop vibes. I picked up a drink for myself and 2 for my family. The price is expensive but I understand if you're shopping local. I had the Ume Iced Tea which was delicious! My sister had the Hojicha Latte and she said it tasted like chocolate milk. The staff were so sweet and patient as I tried to figure out which flavors to choose. I really enjoyed the experience in the shop!“
“Love this place! It's near my job, so I go almost every day. Parking isn't all that great during the workday, but I walk it, so it's not too bad. When I come on the weekends there is a lot more parking. The staff is really friendly. Love the smell of the fresh coffee.“
“I stopped in for a quick bite for breakfast. There isn’t much seating so I suggest you plan for takeout and find somewhere near by to sit down to eat. I ordered the Waikiki Açaí Bowl and the Waikiki latte. The latte was more milk than coffee but it was still good. Açaí bowl was pretty big in size (two people could split it for a light breakfast) and had tons of fresh fruit. They are a little on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for.“
“Didn't miss this little gem in the heart of Waikiki Beach! They have a great selection of coffees, drinks, sandwiches, gluten-free crepes, and other deliciousness. The crepes are absolutely amazing (mochi, made with rice flour)! And the surf shop is super cute. Grab a bite to eat and sit at the little tables with the breeze blowing in and watch the tourists walk by. Staff is kind and helpful. Great vibe. Highly recommend!Oh, and they validate parking in the Sheraton.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crepes!“
“First, I’m not a big fan of coffee, but theirs is so good, I bought some to take home. The real reason I’m reviewing is because of the staff. They are super friendly and helpful. Even first thing in the morning, they had smiles and made me feel welcome. You have to be there before the sun comes up or the line will be out the door for good reason.“
“After eating lunch in the food hall, we needed something to cleanse our palates, and matcha seemed like the perfect solution. We got the matcha and vanilla swirl and decided to get it in a cup instead of the cone--I can be clumsy sometimes so the cup seemed to be the safer option haha. The gentleman who took my order was very sweet and the order was ready as soon as I sat down at one of the tables nearby. I loved how the ice cream or soft serve wasn't very sweet, it was the perfect post-lunch dessert. For Waikiki, I thought the price was quite reasonable, so I'd definitely come back to try some of their other items.“
