The best meal we have ever had was at Hihimanu. The decor is understated, but Chef Ray is a superstar. The meal is a robust sensory experience and each dish is complex and beautifully presented. It was truly an elite dining experience with fresh fish from all over the world, imaginative flavors and interactive elements, and friendly service. Worth every penny!
WOW…what an amazing experience with a talented chef that created some amazing flavors that I’ve never had! Thanks Ray for your passion and creations. Amazing and highly recommend for those who love sushi! A must try.

This was by far the best sushi I've had outside of Japan. The dishes were delicious and super creative with ingredients sourced from around the world. The restaurant is nondescript with seating for 10. Drink options are limited, and the restroom leaves a lot to desire. Despite these drawbacks, I would go again, again, and again for the food experience. Even the locals don't know much about this place - which is both sad and a blessing!
