The Hanu bread is amazing 10/10. Anytime I have friends or family visiting I bring them their Hanu bread and they always ask me where they can get it. Just tried the ube Hanu bread 10/10. Soft and not too sweet, great gift

Honu Bakery (South King) is a great local bakery with amazing service. Customers love the frickin’ amazing Honu latte and Honu’s signature bread, which has a butter cream filling. The curry pan has way more flavor and crispy like bread, making it one of the most creative and delicious vegetarian savory snacks. Other popular items include the mochi bun, which is crunchy chewy like a popover but better, and the meringue pie with a sweet crisp meringue layer over puff pastry. The Peanut Streusel/Crumble bun is a soft bun with crunchy crumble. They also have cute dog and rabbit cakes for birthdays, which are delicious and not too sweet. The friendly staff offers hot delicious coffee, and there are a few seats inside to relax. Best bakery in Honolulu, open when others aren’t.
