Service was absolutely phenomenal! She (either the owner or manager?) was so so kind and attentive. We had a split pot, and both broths were very good. Unique dynamic where you pick your own veggies from the fridge. A little expensive—AYCE hot pot is sometimes cheaper than this. But the value was worth it. We enjoyed.

I found their food to be a pretty great value, with plenty of options for vegans. They were willing to make their miso vegan for us, and it was legitimately the best tasting soup I have ever had. Our waiter was also very kind and helpful. Hoping to return to Honolulu soon just for more.

Favorite hot pot place on the island! Reasonably priced and the BEST Thai and kimchi broths. Always our fave place to go in both Honolulu and Kailua!

Clearly labeled vegan broth and knowledgeable staff. Tons of tofu, mushroom, and veggie options, plus veggie gyoza which the staff confirmed as vegan!

It's a hotpot restaurant where you only choose the broth and bring the ingredients you want. Prices vary depending on the material and color of the bowl. The ingredients and soup taste are not bad. Since most of the food is frozen, there are no fresh ingredients.I tried to eat light, but later I added a few more and ate until I was full. I don't think the price is cheap compared to the ingredients and quantity. At this price, I recommend going to the unlimited Shabuya at Ala Moana.

Cute little home style feel to this tucked away place. Hot Pilate warmer seems a little dangerous but as long as you watch your hands and don’t have kids all is safe. Cooking broth was impressive and full of flavor. Add in’s were all fresh and in decent quantities. A little more expensive then you would think given the location and feel of the place. Over all though excellent food and a friendly staff that was always checking in.

Good broth but that’s pretty much all you get. Meat provided but light and anything additional costs extra. I ended up with meat and bamboo shoots for mine. I could’ve gotten a premade meal for a lot

Vegan broth with lots of vegan options to add. Toppings are customizable, you pick from the fridge. Lots of veggies, tofu, and noodle options. Staff are knowledgeable about vegan. Sauces in bottles are soy based. Others are fish sauce based. Kimchi also contains fish sauce.

Best concept for a hot pot shabu shabu place! Pre weighed portions wrapped for health safety reasons on different color priced plates! Brilliant. A WIDE variety of different vegetables, mushrooms, noodles, meatballs etc! Decent sauce selection from spicy to vinegar! Broth selection also great! Plain profiles for keikis or grandparents to spicy kimchee or Tom yum! And the fact of splitting the pot to have 2 broths is duh brilliant as well. Not to mention free refills! Yes please! To top off the delicious experience they have a stamp card for people like me who used to go there once a week!! My only gripe is that I moved to kona, big island and there are no hot pot places here! Hot Pot Heaven was supposed to come here but covid put a halt to it. -- Please consider opening in kona again! Just me as a customer will make it worthwhile for you!!

One of the better hot pots I've been to. I mostly look forward to the meats and ingredients used for the hot pot but I was very surprised that the broth was very well made and tasted really good. Ingredients were also fresh and presented well. Not to mention their Thai Tea was also very good. Not too sweet, just right. Only thing I can say is I wish they had a little bit more options for their sauce bar but everything else was too good and having a simpler sauce was just as good. Service was really good too! Our sever was very attentive to our table and kept refilling our broth (since the broth was sooo good) and also gave us recommendations on what certain vegetables and noodles are better for the broths we chose. Overall 100 percent would recommend and will come back our next visit from Maui.

This is the place you go when you want a no fuss, affordable comfort food that hot pot can provide for you. There is a lot of broth options to choose from, my favorite is Thai. Good news for vegetarians and vegans, they have vegetable broth so you can eat hot pot guilt free. The dishes are divided into four categories - green, yellow, red and blue so you can roughly estimate the cost of your food before paying for them. There are a lot of noodle, vegetable, meat and seafood options to choose from and you'll definitely feel really full afterwards. The only annoying thing is figuring out parking because McCully Shopping Center is always buzzing at night so parking runs out fast even though they have basement parking. Bonus for the funny ladle for bathroom key.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian broth options available, there are lots of veggies to choose from but there are not a lot of tofu based balls etc if you like those stuff.Parking: Busy parking at McCully Shopping Center because you have to share the lot with other patrons from different restaurants.

Solid hot pot. Very reasonably priced; meat quality is good but not amazing.7/10

Outrageously expensive for eating at a dive! You get your own food out of a refrigerator and the condiments are not that great. It cost us almost $85 for 2 people. Ridiculous

I have been going to this place for years. The service is fast and there are a variety of options for broth and add ons. They use a color plate system to indicate what the costs are. You select the add ons from fridges. It is also BYOB. The have above and underground parking. Reservations for evening are preferred.
