“Tuesdays you get 2 free tacos on the app with any order. Combine it with the 2 tacos for 99 cents (one of the app's digital exclusives) and that's 4 tacos for $1.04 after taxes. Great deal at a great price.Nice plaza seating area just outside, nicer than I inside the restaurant“
“Window clerk was Impatient when I didn't understand the difference between the breakfast comboand the platter. She was apparently getting frustrated with my ability to you understand her and B came Rude Telling me that she already explained what the platter was and keptinsisting on giving me a Platter“
“Purchased a number 7 large meal for a houseless person. It was almost $15. A bit expensive, but the service was quick and employees were professional. Dining area was clean. The houseless person really enjoyed the meal which was most important to me, so Thank you Jack in the Box.“
“I hadn't eaten at one in over 30 years, so I didn't know what to expect. The food was good. We came by at the very end of the day, so the chicken was a little tough. I'm sure it would have been a lot better earlier in the day.The sauce was amazing, but they were out of the one that went with my sandwich. Again, it was very late.Parking: The parking lot was pretty easy to get in and out of with heavy traffic.“
“What a treat on this Halloween and probably rare 5* review for Jacks haha. Wasn't even planning on going today, but they had a Trick or Trea Deal - Free Any Burger or Chicken sandwich using the App. I went with the almost $9 buck Double Jack for freeweeeeeebiiiieeeeee haha. Add a halfsies fries and my Halloween Treat of a lunch was only $3 buckaroooos haha. Thank you very much Jacks!!!Picked up at the drive thru, and to my surprise no one in line and food came out quick. Burger was massive and juicy but remember it is fast food style haha. Fries were crunchy. All and all great value and lunch!!!“
“Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies milkshake! For milkshakes with cookies or other additions, they should use a bigger straw. Milkshake was difficult to drink with the straw provided.Parking: Typical fast food parking lot. This location is mostly drive-thru. I walked to the store and was the only customer in the lobby.Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair user can easily navigate the parking lot to the store. There is a menu posted on the counter that I find useful, I broke my glasses. Counter height is wheelchair accessible.“
“Great service! Small inside but convenient for other shoppers. Locate next to Ala Moana Management Office. Plenty of parking. You can also order ahead through their mobile app so you don't have to wait in line during peak hours. Breakfast serves all day. Must try their iced coffee, its affordable and big.“
“It's gotten better, but I believe it's because I mostly go off peak hours. The App is hit and miss. I try to make an order but most times then not it tells me I can't order because the place is not open? How can that be when drive thru is 24 hours?“
“Used to come here everyday to get chicken strips,it's cheap but fills ya up.however, they do mess up your order sometimes and it kinda makes me mad.they haven't renovated so it's the old style.love this place.Parking: There's usually alot of free parking and it's free.“
“This is my go to dinner spot, cause I work a block away. I love jack in the box, and can always find something to tempt me, no matter my budget or desire. HParking: It's a little dicey getting into the lot because half the stalls you have to turn in from Kapahulu to get to. But the side street drive through entrance also has access to stalls.“
“Not sure why we waited so long to try this out, but it is so good! I'm obsessed with the spicy chicken wrap, cheese stuffed jalapeños, and churros! Hubby loves the churros and the spam teriyaki burger. Really good food for a reasonable price and the service is always super quick!“
“As the economy grows more expensive, companies continue to promise affordability and quality (cough, cough, McDonalds) but none deliver and our expectations as customers lowers for Every. Broken. Promise. Jack in the box however has proved themselves without needing fake advertising and fake promises. There have been 2 moments where the employees have given me a bad attitude for an order that one of their staff got wrong or talking about me in Tagalog behind my back because they forgot an item in my order and I won't lie because of those 2 instances I promised I'd never go back but recently the employees, the quality, everything has gone far beyond what I was expecting. So here's my review.Pros+ Good quality food.+ Great affordability.+ Guaranteed App Rewards.+ Good Customer service.+ Great selections of foods.+ Doesn't give me an aneurism.+ Doesn't give me diarrhea.+ Doesn't make me regret my life decisions.Cons- Online support is mid, mild, no bueno.- Items in your order can be forgotten.- They don't answer the phone in the restaurant.- Walk ins stop at 11 p.m.The food for every one of my orders have been banging like a biscuit but if in the small chance your order is not fulfilled the employees are willing to work with you and replace or refund your order if something is missing, bad quality or not up to standards. Just make sure you have your receipt and don't be a Karen. The cheaper items such as the tacos, jr. burgers, tenders, and other classics always come in great quality and the combos always come hot, ready, fresh, and delicious. Combos are a bit more expensive (up to 16$) but it is absolutely worth every penny.Download the app if you don't already have it so that you can get the rewards because each dollar is a point and if you accumulate up to 20, 40, or 60 points you get a free item. As well as the (in app offers) such as 99 cent tacos, and regular deals such as the Oreo cake, curly fries, milk shakes, and burgers. They've got a wide variety of options so might have a tough time choosing what you wanna munch on. (They've got boba but it's not that great). As someone with dietary issues I can say that the food doesn't make me question why I chose to eat the food. I feel full, happy and not contemplating why I live my life the way that I do.Jack in the box does reply pretty quickly on their reviews from google, Yelp, and etc. The representative replies with thoughtful replies and gives a link to the support page on the company website but be warned, the website is very limited so don't get your hopes up.Items can be forgotten due to new hires and/or rush hours. This location closes their doors at 11 p.m. and only accepts drive through orders so if you ordered through Uber Eats, Door Dash or don't know that they only do drive throughs at 11 p.m. don't expect them to answer the phone or come to the door to help you.1) If you ordered (DELIVERY) through the app or a 3rd party service after 11 p.m., the only contact you'll have will be the DELIVERY DRIVER.2) If you ordered (PICK UP) through the app or a 3rd party service after 11 p.m., you will have NO contact and the employees will NOT come to the door to help you.I don't know why they don't notify you through the app or 3rd party service that they only do drive through after 11 p.m. but that's something you'll have to ask the representative or manager.Overall I'd choose Jack in the box as my go to for regular munchies.Peace.“
