Ordered delivery and the food never arrived. Called the store and they couldn’t find my order but “remembered” making it. Called an hour later for a refund, no answer. There’s no way to request a refund through the app. Smoothie king would never.

I asked for my drink after I saw 7 customers’ drink were made when I know I ordered first before them, and Chad answered me that my order were online; is it worst to order it online because they won’t pay attention for it? That reason why I placed the order online was because it can be placed quicker seeing that they were busy making drinks, and I understand it was busy. After he made my drink, he didn’t even have it out and sat there for a while so I asked if I can have it and Chad said, “yeah.” It is disappointing that a word like “sorry” was not even by Chad or the girl.

This location is usually relatively fast and tidy. But today during what looked like two people switching out or one trying to go home. What i believe was the woman leading or in charge was yelling, flailing her arms, and cussing at this local boy more than loud enough for us to hear, thank god my children weren’t there. But seriously it looked like he tried calming her down or ending the altercation but I was definitely shocked considering this location is usually spot on. I would’ve said something but she had left before I could and the male went into the back so I didn’t bother checking on him.

Smoothies were good, bought a large smoothie white gummi and a small orange dream. Also got a pretzel bc they had multiple postings around the store advertising a $2 pretzel or waffle with purchase of a large smoothie but I realized on my receipt after I left I was charged full price ( almost $5) for the pretzel. My order came out really quick tho I only waited 2 minutes after ordering for my items.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THE GOOGLE LINK! It charged me $10.24 for a medium smoothie that is $7.79 in the store, plus there’s a service fee even with pickup. Serious rip off, and they do nothing (I don’t think they can) in the store when you ask about it. They were friendly about it, but the system is messed up. This needs to be fixed

We did an online order and when we got there our drinks weren't ready. The 1-star review aint because the drinks werent ready but rather because there was 3 people "working" there and only 1 person actually working. The kid that helped us said he wasnt able to get to our order because he has been working by himself. So we had to wait about 10 minutes and he even upgraded our drinks a size. I didnt get the kids name but his service was 10/10! The other workers, why are they even there? Just decoration??? To the manager at this location, you might wanna take a second look at your staff.

Came in to pick up an acai bowl. Dude behind the counter didn't seem like he enjoyed work. If you're working customer service, a nice greeting and thank you does wonders but I guess Jamba gets what they pay for...

The people who worked over there me and my friends the smoothies last, while we had order first from the long line. Everyone that order after us had left with their smoothies while I had to wait for mines a whole 10 minutes.
My go-to spot since it's close to my job. Employees are friendly and quick to make your order. 8/10 they have exactly what I want when I go.
