Authentic Bun Bo Hue, like when I was in Vietnam! The broth is so tasty, I could eat two but one is more than enough. It's such a treat to eat here. The food is amazing & prices are fair. I am SO grateful for this restaurant. Even if you're a picky eater or know a picky eater, I'm sure they would love the grilled pork (com tit nuon).

This place is a hidden gem in Chinatown. It's very clean and the food are the best on the block. Try their Bún bò Huế, Mì Quảng and Pho, it's all goôd and very nice presentation.

Updated review - this place still has the best Bun Bo Hue in town. Nothing has changed ; the broth is savory and rich, just like how it should be. The spice is just right as well. Not to mention the noodle bowl comes with a plate full of veggies; shredded ong-choy and banana blossom, basil, and bean sprouts. Every time we're craving for Bun Bo Hue when we're on the island, this is our go to place.

Best bún bò Huế! The soup is flavorful with enough sweetness and spiciness. The pork feet is cooked perfectly, not too soft and too tough. Love the fresh vegetable plate with bean sprouts, shredded ong choy stems, banana blossoms, mints, saw leaves, basil and lemon plus spicy Vietnamese chili pepper . Must eat every week!

Ordered takeout Pho + Bún bò Huế which is excellent except for the slices of Chả Lụa that are not real but made with some funny tasting ingredients.I'll grade the Pho when I get to it.

My extended family tried different food such as pho, bun bo Hue, bun rieu, com Hai Nam etc.. we made decision to go back Kieu restaurant for lunch on ten days vacation. We also want to take a dinner . However, they close at 3 PM everyday. !!! Moreover, we got good service and restaurant is very clean.

Best Vietnamese spicy beef noodle soup in town. I also like their Vietnamese coffee, not too sweet like other places.

Very nice on the inside. Ordered seafood combo pho and spring rolls. Pho soup was good but not as hearty as some of the other place I've had. Spring rolls was good but they didn't give me any mint and only two lettuce pieces were from the stalk end (so couldn't wrap). Lots of basil and cilantro...but only one small lemon. No utensils (chopsticks or spoon) or napkins, only one siracha...maybe I'll ask for these things next time...

I ate bun bo Hue in many different cities with Vietnames communities that are larger than Honolulu's. The bun bo Hue here was the most delicious I've eaten. Deeply rich and aromatic broth. Pork shank, beef brisket and tendon, meat ball. Garnishes of shredded banana blossom, culantro, mung bean sprouts and Thai basil. I will try the bun hen the next time I'm here.
