Tucked inside Oahu Market on North King st. look for the stall with the dripping golden pork, duck, chicken, and char siu on display. You know it's good when there is a line of kupuna waiting to order and that is how I stumbled upon Kams. Try it for yourself.
Everyone probably has a favorite butcher or meat market for Chinese roasted duck, chicken or pork in Honolulu. Kam's Meat Market is at the top of my list. A little pricier per pound than other places but it's totally worth it IMHO. The roast duck is especially meaty and delicious. The sauce that comes with it is out of this world broke da mouth - I mean it's that ono!Most major methods of payment accepted.
