Ma'ona Musubi

Came here twice and I kinda prefer it over musubi cafe iyasume? I prefer my musubis to not have too much rice and this place has a great ratio of fillings to rice! I'm only docking one star due to both times I've came, some items were sold out/missing and it seems like they were done making the items for the day so I didn't get to try some of the more interesting flavors :(

Would 100% come back for the musubi! Only complaint is that I wish they were bigger because I can't get enough! It's the right amount of stuffing to rice ratio, and I like how it's neatly packed in seaweed. We were indifferent about the spring rolls! Could have used that $ to order another saboro pork! This is probably our favorite musubi place! Skip the ones near Waikiki beach and come here! There are lots of street parking spots a little ways down the road.

I love coming to Ma'ona Musubi to grab something quick and fast! It's really small and right next door to Baker Dudes! If you blink, you'll miss the shop! Ma'ona Musubi has really cheap musubis and bentos to go. Everything is premade so come early before the rush so you have options to pick from! I've come a little past the lunch rush previously and they did not have as many options compared to the most recent time I went around 11am!
