“This plate just kept getting better and better. It was seriously loaded with so much food (my husband and I ordered the Shaloha Plate and shared it); plenty for 2 people! The food was layered and under each layer of delicious food was another equally delicious side. Our favorites were the falafel, eggplant, cabbage and the rice. The rice was so sticky and flavorful, the falafel was amazingly crunchy and the eggplant was hot and cooked perfectly. While cabbage can often be seen as filler, this cabbage was a salad with a delicious dressing that we couldn't get enough of. We loved every bite!“
“We came across this gem at Kakaako farmers market on Saturday. Food tasted so delicious! We bought crackers, hummus, baba ganoosh and dolmas and enjoyed all of it. The only thing I'd change is the amount of salt, as the food tasted quite salty but freshness and flavors were outstanding. Highly recommend. I think they deserve a permanent spot for a restaurant.Vegetarian options: Plant based foodKid-friendliness: My kids loved the food“
“This is my normal stop for a great salad. Their salad with mixed meat (chicken and beef/lamb) is great. Romaine lettuce, sliced onions, olives, feta cheese crumbles, some type of yogurt sauce, and their salad dressing topped off with the meat. I then top it off with their hot sauce. Very simple salad with lots of flavor!“
“Food was absolutely delicious. We were here for multiple nights so we got to try everything on the menu. Everything was absolutely fantastic. They make us feel so at home when we are so far from home. The schnitzel was probably the best I have ever had.“
“Went to this hidden gem on a nice rainy day! Enjoyed trying forth the Turkish and Saudi coffees, as well as the honey rose latte (yummy!!!). :) it’s a sweet cozy spot. Shared some delish food with my friends and enjoyed looking at all the art. Try it out :)“
“First time trying this place despite loving Mediterranean food and living Windward side. Food was great and tasty - next time no need double up on sides cos we all ended up w leftovers (paid the $3 for 2 side choices). Baklava was yummy (tho haven't met one I wouldn't eat yet). They serve the honey I the side and DO sell out of it. We got the last 2 pieces the last nite we went. Still take out only but food held up well all the way to Kaneohe.“
“The BEST shawarma I have ever had!! I make it at home and can't top this. My friend who has never had shawarma said it was deliciousvand for someone who has never had Mediterranean spices, that says a lot. Absolutely a must have in Honolulu.“
