Customer service by the males servers kind of sucked, no smile, no greeting just "what can I get you" in a monotone voice. Portions seemed much lesser than the Kailua location which I love to go to and feel that the portion they give is worth the price. Kahala location is kind of chintzy, maybe it's due to inflation so they are instructed to cut back but not worth the price anymore.
Usually get bowl, consist of beans and rice with protein choice, beef, pork, chicken, one choice. Food is fresh. Servers need some guidance in customer service, server don't seem happy. Not friendly.
