I was just looking for a small bite to eat for dinner, as I had a large lunch and wasn't too hungry. So I headed to the Hawaii Kai Farmers Market at Kaiser High School on a Tuesday. 3 words: Okinawan Shoyu Pork ($16)! Every last Wednesday of the month, Pearl Country Club has a night market and this food truck is always there. I've come here twice now and have gotten the same thing. The pork is tender, falls apart and has such good flavor. Portion wise, I do wish they gave a little more because I can eat the whole plate in one sitting. (Hehe) I love the Japanese potato salad as well.
